Came for one night, because it was near the event
Pros:

Room was light, enough space, cupboard space, coffee machine!!!! Bathroom adequate size, shower/bath very good. Bed, duvet excellent!! The lady running the hotel was very nice, table decor for Easter was fun

Habe selten so viel Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft in einem Hotel erlebt
Pros:

Wir hatten das Hotel Schwan für 2 Nächte gebucht, um mit den Kindern und den Grosseltern eine Vorstellung des Circus Knie zu besuchen. Oft ist es schwierig in einem Hotel mit 3 Kindern (wenig Platz, andere Gäste welche sich gestört fühlen, etc.) aber ich muss sagen dass der Aufenthalt im Hotel Schwan wirklich super war.
Die Betreiber und das ganze Personal sind extrem herzlich und kinderfreundlich, und immer zur Stelle. Habe selten so einen netten und persönlichen Service gehabt und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Vom kostenlosen Extrabett für den Kleinsten im wirklich sehr grossen Familienzimmer, über Kinderstuhl im Restaurat, hin zu Extrawünschen im Restaurant.

A propos Restaurant: ich würde alleine wegen des tollen, leckeren und umfangreichen Frühstückbuffets nochmals kommen. Abendessen war auch spitze, und das Personal hat wirklich super Arbeit geleistet die ausgehungerte Familie abends um 21h noch mit einem leckeren Essen für Jung und Alt zu versorgen. Das Preisniveau ist eher hoch, aber dafür bekommt man Service und Qualität, und das Essen für die Kinder fast umsonst.

Auch die Verkehrsanbindung stimmt, sowohl mit Auto (2 öffentliche Parkhäuser in 1-2 Minuten Laufdistanz) als auch mit Zug (ca. 3-4 Minuten zu Fuss.).

Was den Aufenthalt auch noch besonders gemacht hat, war die tolle Oster-Dekoration. Uns wurde nahe gelegt mal in der Vorweihnachtszeit zu kommen, wenn die Deko anscheinend noch besser ist.
Würden auf alle Fälle gerne nochmal kommen, und ich kann das Hotel Schwan wirklich absolut empfehlen.

Cons:

Der wirklich einzige Kritikpunkt des Hotels ist der fehlende Aufzug. Allerdings konnten wir unseren Kinderwagen unten im Eingangsbereich abstellen.
