Une situation en plein coeur d'Horgen, un accueil très souriant et attentif, une jolie chambre bien équipée, un petit déjeuner qualitatif et varié.

Cons:

Absence d'ascenseur pour les clients (alors que présent pour le personnel), une literie que j'aurais appréciée un peu plus ferme.

Tolles Haus an spezieller Lage mitten im Dorfkern. Hat viel Charme!
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer mit Tradition - entsprechend mit Stil eingerichtet.
Das Bad ist etwas oldfashioned - aber es hat alles notwendige.
Zum Frühstücken fehlte mir die Zeit leider.

Great space, Wonderful staff, Good breakfast but floors and walls are THIN.
Pros:

Great breakfast, large room, location is close to train station, the staff are wonderful and friendly.

Cons:

The hotel has no lift so it was really difficult after check in to carry 4 bags (a pram) and the children up 3 flights of stairs.
The rooms are massive which was great but the floors and walls are thin. Within the first hour of us checking in, the below neighbour was knocking on our door saying we were walking too loudly. (All we had done was walk in, put the bags down and put the kids into the bath)
It made it difficult during our stay that we were constantly walking very lightly to avoid banging on the floor from the neighbour below.

Comfy stay and delicious breakfast
Pros:

The bedroom is quite comfortable. The ambience at the restaurant is nice and cozy. The breakfast buffet is very generous and it is either included if you stay overnight or you can visit the restaurant only. Totally worth it! Great price-value and the staff is very accommodating for special events or celebrations.

Die Lage im Herzen der Horgener Altstadt verleiht dem Haus bereits ein ganz besonderes Ambiente, das jedoch noch von der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft des Personals und der liebevollen Führung des Hotels übertroffen wird. Ein echtes Bijou am Zürichsee, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.
Kulinarisch überzeugt das Hotel auf ganzer Linie: Die Speisen sind hervorragend, die Desserts werden mit viel Kreativität präsentiert und das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Geheimtipp – mit spürbar viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet.
Die Zimmer sind äußerst sauber, stilvoll im romantischen Design eingerichtet und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das gesamte „Schwan-tastisch“-Konzept zieht sich charmant durch das ganze Haus und schafft eine besondere Atmosphäre, die eine wohltuende Auszeit vom hektischen Alltag ermöglicht.
Wir waren begeistert, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und haben das Hotel bereits unseren Studienkollegen weiterempfohlen.
