Cons:

We waren met drie volwassenen en hadden de suite geboekt.
Op de site staat dat de suite een dubbelbed, een enkel bed een sofa bevat. Er stond alleen een dubbel bed en een uitgetrokken sofa met een heel dun matrasje, bed onwaardig.
Er is niemand aan het onthaal. Er ligt een omslag klaar met de sleutel en trek je plan.
Spijtig!!

Pros:

A charming hotel in a historic building right in the center of a lovely town. The word "charming" really suits this place. You should keep in mind that the building is old, so the floors are quite creaky, but despite that, it is a delightful place to stay. Wonderful breakfasts by the fountain in the central square. We arrived very late, but check-in was hassle-free, and they left the key for us at reception. There is a parking lot just two minutes away with plenty of available spaces. The room comes with a coffee machine. I highly recommend this place!

Pros:

De hele sfeer in het hotel was fijn, van binnen en van buiten. Het was schoon en ruim. En Horgen is een leuk dorpje.

Cons:

Het was wat gehorig maar dat komt waarschijnlijk omdat het een heel oud hotel is en dat is ook deel van de charme.

Pros:

We really liked the room. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help, which made us feel very welcome. We had a great stay and we will definitely come back next year.

Es war mit Ausnahme der Parkplatzsituation alles optimal. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt.
Pros:

Der sehr persönliche und freundliche Service, das gute und reichhaltige Frühstück sowie die herausragende Küche des Restaurants!

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation und damit einhergehend die diesbezüglich hohen Kosten, wenn man mehrere Tage bleibt und während dieser Zeit sich per ÖV in der Umgebung bewegen will. Um Kosten zu sparen, wird man so zur Benutzung des Autos gezwungen. Hier geht die Gemeinde Horgen den falschen Weg! Es wäre sinnvoller, für Hotelgäste, die ja ohnehin schon eine Touristenabgabe zahlen, ermässigt parkieren zu lassen. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber die Stadt erweist sich selbst einen Bärendienst…

Very nice hotel, with good breakfast but not for the summer days

It was very clean, nice breakfast and nice food in the restaurant. Big room and nice bathroom.

Cons:

It was too hot and there was no air conditioning in the room. The pillow was very big and the mattress was not very good.
