Pokoje bardzo ładne i przytulne. W aneksie kuchennym stoi ekspres to kawy, a to bardzo duży plus. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.
Najpiękniejsze to widok z okna :)

Pros:

Pobyt zapamiętam bardzo dobrze. Perfekcyjna obsługa recepcji. Świetna lokalizacja z nieziemskim widokiem. Samo serce Zakopanego. Najlepszy z moich kilku tegorocznych pobytów w podobnych miejscach. Pokoje bardzo mi się podobały. To co bym zrobił to rozjaśnił jakoś aneks kuchenny. Bo nieco psuje bardzo dobre wrażenie całości. Z całą pewnością polecam.

Nefungující wifi; špatné parkování; na recepci naprostý chaos, chtěli po nás opětovně zaplatit snídaně; drahé snídaně, byť nebyly špatné, tak za tu cenu to neodpovídalo.

- otřesná recepce - nejprve navrhli slevu, po zaplacení bez dokladu bylo nutné doplatit, takže sleva nebyla žádná a v den odjezdu chtěli zaplatit znova 525 PLN za snídaně, které byly hrazeny po příjezdu.

Good comfortable stay. Nice and warm accommodation. Reasonable price. Parking available. Nice, friendly staff. Easy check in. Our GPS did not take us to correct destination (obviously not hosts fault, but just a note for others considering staying here)

Pros:

The photos they have up are much nicer than the actual room we got. The room was very outdated , the toilet seat in the bathroom was coming off, the faucet in the kitchen was bearly hanging on to the sink. Sheets were clean but when the pillow accidentally came out of the pillowcase i was debating if i should even put my head on it, it was ancient and falling apart. We were disappointed and would not recommend.
