Niestety wszelkie dobre wrażenia jakie mogłem mieć zostały przyćmione przez brak możliwości wypoczynku.

Cons:

Hotel nie informuje przed dokonaniem rezerwacji o organizowanych imprezach, mimo że mogą one znacząco wpływać na komfort pobytu. W pokojach jest bardzo głośno, a hałas utrudnia, a wręcz uniemożliwia spokojny sen. Goście imprez wychodzą na patio i hałasują bezpośrednio pod oknami pokoi hotelowych.

Zarówno personel, jak i zarząd hotelu nie poczuwają się do odpowiedzialności za tę sytuację. Można odnieść wrażenie, że hotel nie dostrzega swojego obowiązku zapewnienia gościom warunków do spokojnego wypoczynku. Czy naprawdę tak trudno zrozumieć, że nie każdy przyjeżdża na imprezę? Niektórzy chcą po prostu przespać noc!

Moja reklamacja dotycząca niezapewnienia możliwości spokojnego wypoczynku oraz wniosek o zwrot kosztów noclegu zostały odrzucone. Kolejne wiadomości w tej sprawie pozostały bez odpowiedzi.
