Excelente estadía! Recomendadismo
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, se ubica en la calle principal, encontrando a pocos pasos Rent a car, panaderías, mini market, farmacia , restaurante y tiendas de recuerdos. Además el lugar es muy tranquila y seguro, con camas cómodas y la habitación espaciosa con aire acondicionado y frigobar.

Cons:

En general, estuvo todo excelente. Nada que me haya desagradado.

Very good location. The entire hotel organization was very well thought out. There's plenty of greenery around, benches, and tables outside. The owners were very helpful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection and fresh fruit.

Great hotel in excellent location
Pros:

A great hotel in an excellent location. It is in the main street near several restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy and vehicle hire agencies. Within walking distance to some moais and the ocean. Delicious breakfast and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love the clothing drying rack outside each room. I will stay here again. 10/10

Ottima la struttura, personale accogliente, colazione con ottimi prodotti, particolarmente apprezzabile la posizione, vicino a ristoranti e a vari negozi, a pochi minuti a piedi si arriva alla spiaggia. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Lovely spot to stay in Rapa Nui
Pros:

The woman who is running the place is so incredibly kind. She really goes out of her way to help. I have food restrictions and need strong wifi to work and she did everything she could to make it happen. I wish I stayed longer. There was hot water, good water pressure, good a/c, working wifi, comfortable bed, good breakfast, perfectly located.

Cons:

wish had views, but any place with views would have cost much much more, And there is no real sound isolation so it can be a tiny bit noisy, but not too bad.

Todo. La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia. El personal era muy atento y el desayuno increíble.
El WiFi funcionaba excelente. Super buen lugar!!!

Cons:

Sería mejor si no cobraran el traslado del hotel al aeropuerto, considerando que la distancia es súper corta.

Propre et bien placé Le transfert. Le guide que nous avions réservé via l’hôtel n’était finalement pas disponible pour nous mais la réception nous a trouvé une solution de secours de plus parlant français.

This hotel is absolutely overpriced for what it offers. For the amount they charge, one would expect a much higher standard of service and a better location. Neither is delivered.

The most shocking aspect is the arrogance and rudeness of the staff. This is not just experienced in person, but is also clearly visible in the way management responds to negative reviews on this platform. Their replies are defensive, dismissive, and often disrespectful, giving a very clear picture of the people behind this place.

Instead of addressing issues constructively, management seems more interested in justifying themselves and belittling guests’ feedback. Guests should feel respected — here, they absolutely do not.
Don’t waste your money here.
