All sounds can be heard. Not so cool to be located near the cleaning closet. Was missing a rack for drying clothes which other rooms had.

OMG! This has to be the best hotel on the island. From the time that Alejandro picked us up at the airport, to the time that we checked in with Yvonne at the hotel, it was all about customer satisfaction. The location, breakfast spread, room air conditioning, and overall cleanliness greatly enhanced our experience.

The location and people!!! The location is central, can't beat that! The owner was so friendly. I contacted them really late in the night and they came out to check me in. They were worried about me. It made me feel so warm. Feel like part of the family. We had some situation with the park and they gave me very helpful advice. Highly recommend this place.

We loved everything: breakfasts, bed, location. And, the rooms have a clothes hanger outside for doing your own pieces of laundry!

Location in the center of the town, clean room, great breakfast included, a/c and hot water worked with no problems, friendly and helpful staff.
Soundproofing between rooms could be better but it was quiet in the room all night so not a big deal.
If you are not looking for luxurious hotel but for a nice place, clean, fair price and room with AC, this is it-it's close to everything it the town, with small garden where you can rest in the shade and the owner is friendly and kind. We got complimentary transport to the airport when we were leaving (it's not far but not comfortable with luggage in the noon when it's hot). Would stay again.
What a great place to stay. I was picked up by the owner who was super friendly - a real proper welcome to Rapa Nui! The hotel is right in the centre of town, but my host took me the scenic route so that I could get my bearings and pointed out all the good places to eat and drink - it really was a great start!
My room was comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning was welcome! The bathroom was fine and the shower quite powerful. As someone used to some very nice hotels, I loved the simplicity of this place as it had a really homely feel and nothing was too much bother. The bed was comfy, and the shower was hot and powerful. Just in case you need this, there was no hairdryer but to be honest, blown dried hair is not the vibe for this place!
Breakfast was also a good spread, and as my host knew my tour guides - the whole visit (despite being very short) felt like I had joined a family for the night.
I highly recommend this place, and would absolutely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Alejandro and Yvonne work hard and couldn’t be more accommodating. I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to Easter Island, but I know I would stay here if I could.

This room is perfect for a couple. It's clean, spacious, and comfortable.
It's in a great location, too. It's in downtown Hanga Roa, which is full of cafés, restaurants, and shops that are within walking distance. It's easy to stroll around.
The breakfast was amazing, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. There were lots of fresh fruits, natural juices, and baked goods.
Ivonne was super attentive and friendly. When we told her we were vegetarian, she made sure there was avocado for breakfast every day of our stay.
The room was clean, too. Housekeeping changed the towels and made the bed daily.
I would highly recommend it!
Excelente ubicación, se ubica en la calle principal, encontrando a pocos pasos Rent a car, panaderías, mini market, farmacia , restaurante y tiendas de recuerdos. Además el lugar es muy tranquila y seguro, con camas cómodas y la habitación espaciosa con aire acondicionado y frigobar.
En general, estuvo todo excelente. Nada que me haya desagradado.
