perfekter Aufenthalt auf Rapa Nui
Pros:

Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Das gesamte Team war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – mitten im Zentrum.

Me encantó el hotel el mejor de la isla de pascua, su limpieza impecable, su servicio de primera, muy amable y sobre todo bien atento a todo. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y perfecta para estar el tiempo que desee en Isla de Pascua. Los recomiendo a todos 100%.

MEJOR UBICACIÓN Y MUY AMABLE ATENCIÓN
Pros:

La armonía de sus habitaciones, donde todas las puertas dan hacia un grato jardín interior. Pero por sobretodo la amabilidad del personal, que están pendientes de cada detalle, especialmente a la hora del desayuno. Además está en la calle principal donde está la mayoría de tiendas y agencias de turismo

Cons:

Ojalá pudieran bajar la hora del desayuno a las 08:00 y no comenzar a las 08:30

Perfecto, muy recomendado
Pros:

Espectacular. La pieza impecable, los sectores comunes lindos. El desayuno increíble, tenía de todo incluso cosas hechas por el personal del hotel. La anfitriona 10/10. Está muy bien ubicado, en el centro. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Cons:

Nada. Quizás lo único que sería útil sería una silla en la pieza y colgadores para dejar ropa húmeda o chaquetas.

Pros:

Excelente! Habitación muy bien equipada, amplia, cómoda y bien iluminada. Tiene nevera, aire acondicionado, baño con calentador de agua, y si requieres lavar ropa, cada habitación tiene donde colgar ropa afuera para secarse (esto es genial). La ubicación es imposible de mejorar, queda cerca de todo. El aeropuerto está a 10-15 mins caminando, supermercado a dos cuadras y muchos restaurantes y comercios cerca del hotel. El centro de Hanga Roa a pocos metros. Por cierto, el hotel cuenta con parqueo.... El servicio ofrecido por Ivonne fue estupendo! Servicial, atenta, colaboradora y una excelente manager. De igual manera el servicio de Tavai en el desayuno fue excelente, siempre dispuesta a colaborar y hacer buena la experiencia del huésped. Gracias también a Alejandro que me ayudó a conseguir al mejor guía de todo Rapa Nui!

Cons:

No tengo nada que reprochar, es una isla bastante lejana y donde casi todo debe ser importado y es más costoso... El hotel es genial y si vuelvo, me quedaré nuevamente aquí.

Pros:

la anfitriona y el personal en general son un encanto, muy amables, muy dispuestos a ayudar y aconsejar sobre que ver y hacer en la isla, un 10 todos.

Cons:

había un perro grande en la zona de comida, no es que el perro ande molestando a la gente particularmente, todo lo contrario, pero no me gustan los perros y me sentí un poco agobiado.
