Please note that building works are expected to commence from 9th January, 2026 and are expected to continue for 18 months, from Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 16:00 and Saturdays between 08:00 - 13:00 (there should not be 'noisy work' on Saturdays, but there may be workers on site).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Basically the property is very tired and in need of refurbishment especially the bathroom. One of the ceiling lights was coming out of the ceiling.

Next time we will ferify if the room we are getting has.been updated in last 20 years.
Pros:

Large balcony with tremendous view of harbor. Quaint neighborhood.

Cons:

Furniture was falling g apart, sheets had a hole in them, bathroom faucets very old . After clarifying that we needed extra bedding for couch, and listing 3/4 guests when reserving there was none when we checked in for our planned late arrival (which we had to pay extra for, we had been warned).

The location cant be beaten. Everything is in close proximity-the harboyr brude, ferry and train terminal, rsstaurants, chemist, drs, pool for swimming, amazing views, comfy beds...we loved it

A very enjoyable stay. Wonderful space and views, terrific proximity to transport, excellent cafes.

Great room in the apartment. Excellent proximity to train, local cafes and shops. Friendly and helpful team. Great serviced apartment facilities. Excellent NBN wi-fi. Very helpful staff - thank you!
