Hermoso parque
Pros:

La belleza de su parque, la amplitud, iluminación y comodidad de la habitación cuya terraza amueblada invitaba a disfrutar de la piscina y el paisaje, el café de cortesía, las mejoras que realizaron en los estacionamientos y en las puertas de ingreso al hotel y la amabilidad de todo su personal

Los entornos. Todo muy bien cuidado y muy bonito. La habitación bien calefaccionada. El baño y todo muy limpio. Solicitamos una cuna para bebé y estuvo genial

La habitación era antigua y ni siquiera tenía refrigerador pequeño para utilizar. El desayuno podría ser mejorado, así como la atención en el lugar.

El lugar muy lindo con un parque
muy bien cuidado y habitaciones conectadas con la naturaleza. Personal muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar en todo.

Our go to place in Pucon!
Pros:

This was my second time staying at Hotel Pucon Green Park. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They helped plan activities and made great recommendations. The restaurant serves a great breakfast and good dinner.

Cons:

The rooms need a bit of updating. Everything was in good working order, but a bit worn.
