el sistema de calefaccion:
reservé dos habitaciones: una estaba muy fría (109) y en la otra la temperatura demasiado elevada (101). se intentó regular y duró un para de horas., luego volvió el frío y calor respectivamente.
El baño de la habitación 101 tenía una fuga de agua al momento de usar la ducha, el agua se filtraba por el piso y se mojó bastante incluso ropa que dejé por efecto de darse una ducha.

Tatsächlich ein Green Park
Pros:

Tolle Anlage mit großem Park und sehr schönen Zimmern. Wir hatten vom Balkon einen tollen Blick auf den Pool. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzbereiche und alles ist sehr gemütlich. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert, weil es drumherum sehr viele schöne Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge gibt.

Cons:

für uns kein Problem aber wichtig zu wissen: ohne Auto macht es keinen Spaß/Sinn dort zu wohnen !, der Weg nach Pucon zu Fuß führt an einer extrem stark befahrenen Straße entlang. Busse fahren zwar, aber sehr unregelmäßig.

Der Pool hätte tatsächlich etwas sauberer sein können!

Cons:

We had some issues with the heating system, but manager resolved to issue. Breakfast is not very exiting, but adequate.
