La amabilidad del personal
Espacios cómodos de actividades
Desayuno muy completo ( por la calidad del hotel , agregaría jugos de frutas
100 %Naturales ( muchas personas con problemas de enfermedades que no pueden consumir azúcar , niños y adultos)
Agradecimientos a personal de mantenimiento que nos colaboraron en problema vehicular.

Cons:

Un buen descanso debe incluir un televisor en Buen estado , enchufes en buen estado y controles con baterías cargadas . Esto no se cumplía en Suite 304 ,
La calefacción se prende tarde o necesita revisión pues demora mucho en calefaccionar , la temperatura ambiente era bastante baja por mal tiempo .
La consideración de acceso fácil sin escaleras para accesar a las habitaciones adultos mayores es muy importante , salvo que un Ascensor las reemplace . Nuestra estadía fue corta esta vez , pero nos agrada el hotel y deseamos seguir retornando y recomendando a nuestros amigos y familiares.

Pros:

The overall setting of the facility is really nice in a park like property. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Cons:

The staff from front desk to the restaurant were borderline not acceptable and are not fitting to the otherwise great setting and facility. The food also doesn't fit the level of hotel it is or could be.

Todo , la piscina, el desayuno espectacular, buffett maravilloso, las camas muy cómodas, la atención del personal muy buena , atentos todos , nos tocó lluvia , y nos prendieron la chimenea en la terraza principal y fue maravilloso.la comida exelente 100%

Pros:

La habitación es amplia y el baño está muy renovado. Las instalaciones comunes son muy agradables.

Cons:

Está algo lejos del centro de Pucón y hay que tomar una calle con mucho tráfico y atascos continuos para llegar.

Cons:

Contratan jóvenes estudiantes en esta época, pero sin la preparación y entrenamiento previo para atender a los clientes.
Cómo ejemplo, nos retiramos del restaurante el domingo pasado alrededor de las 17 horas, con el restaurante ya vacío y una garzona me preguntó si había pagado la cuenta.
Nos hospedamos por 7 noches, almorzamos todos los días en el hotel con cargo a la habitación, le respondí que si y que preguntara a su colega que nos atendió.
Me sentí ofendido por la falta de tacto, si la garzona tenía dudas debería haber consultado sigilosamente con quién nos atendió.
