No volvere por la actitud amenazante de recepción

Cons:

Mails con constantes amenazas del personal para cambiar mi targeta por otra de pago. Confusión constante con la persona que se iba a alojar. Dijeron que era solo por seguridad pero al final me cobraron con la targeta no en metálico. ERa extranjero, page con targeta de crédito y me cobraron el iva.

Excelente Experiencia - 100% recomendado
Es la segunda vez que me alojo en el Hotel Antupiren y nuevamente supera mis expectativas. Destaco la comodidad de la habitacion: muy limpia y sin ruidos y perfecta para un buen descanso. La limpieza del baño tambien es impecable, algo que valoro muchisimo.
La ubicacion es otro gran punto a favor, ya que está muy cerca del terminal terrestre, de Angelmó, del centro y de la Costanera de Puerto Montt, lo que facilita moverse y disfrutar la ciudad.
El desayuno es variado y delicioso, ideal para comenzar el dia con energia. Pero sin duda, lo mejor es su personal: siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.
Una excelente opcion para quienes buscan comodidad, buen ubicacion y una atencion de calidad. Volveria sin dudarlo.

Cons:

Que me hicieran cobro por adelantado con mi tarjeta de credito, aunque hagan la anulacion del cobro en el momento de hacer ingreso al hotel.
