Water problem
Pros:

There was a water problem in the building that affected our unit but we weren’t told about it in advance or even upon check in. After check in, large, loud dehumidifiers were placed in our room (without notice) and we were told they had to stay there. It’s made it hard to hear any who was talking and difficult to sleep.

A comfy stay in a great location
Pros:

Lovely front of house staff. Location was great. Good size room and comfortable bed

Cons:

The shower with the pull around curtain was a bit weird, never experienced that in a hotel room before. A bit more variety with the tea bags would have been nice, a peppermint or a chamomile

Perfect place to stay for our wedding!
Pros:

Great location near the station. Reception always smelled nice as you walk in. Super clean and spacious rooms. Really comfy bed.

Cons:

Shower drain is flush with the floor, water floods the bathroom and beyond everytime you shower.

Pros:

We had a great stay there, everything was good. We had wanted to book again for this year end but unfortunately, the latest rates are not updated and it's doubled the price, which made it so ridiculously expensive and not competitive at all.

Quest Cheltenham January 2026
Pros:

I stay at the Quest Cheltenham every time I am down to Melbourne for one night or for an entire week. I have spent about twenty nights there in the past year. I always find a clean comfortable room and friendly staff. There are good restaurants nearby, a railway station and is a short drive to the scenic coast and beach walks.
