its just turning bad
Pros:

it took about one hour at 8pm to get my room, while room was booked from 2PM.. staff seems useless at reception, at restaurants too keep forgetting orders! Sad!... most useless service at this hotel

Cons:

I have stayed here before but being in service industry the staff is non responsive and careless... they even refused to call duty manger. what more they can do!

Pros:

Everything is fantastic, the stay, breakfast, room and service. Value for money.

Cons:

The dinner is sometimes a bit regular. Absence of local food from the menu and specially missed was famous Mutton and Rice.
