A great experience with excellent hospitality, comfortable accommodation and a delicious breakfast.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The entire property was very clean and well maintained . The staff were polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of food options to choose from. Highly recommended.

Cons:

One cup in the room was not clean. Notice in the safe saying use of safe at your own risk didn't feel good for such a good hotel.

Radisson the Friendly hotel
Pros:

Megha, Wanshika were very helpful. Gave us service like one's own family. Megha arranged medicine with a lot of efforts

Cons:

Reception staff have to be more prompt, forthcoming, proactive. They can't afford to be slow and irresponsible

Pros:

because of a slight delay in the check in we were offered an upgrade to a suite. everything was well taken care of. lots of mirrors and plenty of lighting nice shower.

Cons:

the light switches were a bit of a puzzle. hot was good but took a while to show up.
