Fabulous location. Exceptional room and very friendly staff. A special mention to Ruby doing brilliant on her first week. And what a breakfast! We’ve stayed here several times and it just gets better.
The bed was super comfortable, the bath with the tv in front was incredible!
The staff here are extremely helpful and welcoming and I almost felt bad complaining as they were so lovely.
The food wasn’t great..
do not order sausages & mash you’ll be deeply disappointed!!
There was So many stairs to get to our room and very low ceilings which was not ideal with lots of luggage, a dog, and a husband who’s 6ft 3!!
It needs to be made clear in the description that this particular room has an upward treck and nowhere nearby for dogs to urinate.
Tolles kleines Hotel an wunderschöner Lage im Snowdonia Nationalpark. Es war sauber, das Badezimmer frisch renoviert, das Personal top.
The staff were the standout part of our stay, they were all amazing.
We ate dinner there a couple of times as there’s not a lot else in Beddgelert, which was good standard pub menu.
The room itself was cute but very very small with low cielings and nowhere to put your bags, and a bit difficult if you are tall. We found the mattress uncomfortable. Seemed overpriced for what you get, we did go on a bank holiday weekend.
Breakfast is good but if you don’t want a fry up there are no options. In the end I bought cereal from outside. Some fruit or cereal options, or even jam and toast, would have been really appreciated.
Great location, food was very good also. Staff were very friendly
No complaints
It was a ok location
The pictures of room are what you expect but u get run down and in need of alot of love
Engels ontbijt 🍳.
Bathroom was excellent, breakfast too
Seperate bathroom
We had a nice welcome from Alison, we were bike touring. She found us a place to store our bikes and was very hospitable during our stay .
Fab location. We stayed for climbing the West side of Snowdon. Super convenient. The little town is so nice, a few good eateries and not far to the coast either. Staff were friendly. Room comfy. Breakfast if included was actually great value. You just have to find a spot in the pub as they serve to non guests and queue up and order. We enjoyed it. We didn't eat dinner there.
The queuing system for breakfast was very inefficient. You had to wait for anyone who turned up.to order and have all their drinks made before you could order. This would be easily fixed.
We had a room across from the river . So peaceful at night . The location was great for proximity to hiking trails. The breakfast was decent . Car Park close.
If you do not order breakfast by 8:00 , you will be waiting a very long time . At busy times the staff is overwhelmed. Only one person preparing and delivering meals . The room was clean and comfortable but the exterior of the rooms needs a good cleaning. Dogs in eating areas were a bit disgusting.
Staff where excellent. Comfy beds

Fantastic location with the friendliest staff who couldn’t do enough for you. We treated ourselves to one of the suites, which was worth the money as the room was fabulous. Spotlessly clean and really quiet at the top of the hotel. The bathroom facilities were great, and had one of best showers I’ve had in a hotel for a long time (and especially welcomed after the 8 mile walk we’d done that day!).
The bar area was nice and the garden at the front was a bit of a nice sun trap.
Incredibly dog friendly with lots of choice of dog treats and food for your four legged friend. Ours was certainly spoiled during our stay.
We only booked one night initially but loved it so much that we booked a second :)
Given how fabulous everything else, the food was a little disappointing. My dinner on both nights was fine (although not exceptional), but my husband’s wasn’t great. This is only a minor criticism though as it didn’t spoil our stay.
The staff was very helpful when it came to checking in at a very late hour and accommodating to my needs
