Too expensive too greedy.
Pros:

Nice new hotel, in a nice quiet part of town.

Cons:

This place cost way too much. To add insult to injury, they added a separate fee for parking. This was ridiculous. Everyone drives there. Everyone has a car. This is a BS fee!

It was fine but didn't feel like a great value because of the high price.
Pros:

The bed was pretty comfortable and the room stayed cool and quiet. Breakfast was decent by hotel standards. The pool was small but nice and hot tub was relaxing. Staff was fine.

Cons:

Too expensive. Ended up costing $300 per night for a 1 king bed suite in Elko, Nevada. They charge $40 in hotel fees and taxes and insultingly charge $8 per night for parking. We drove 4 hours through the desert without passing another car to the middle of northern Nevada and get charged for parking?? The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The room wasn't as clean as it should be for $300 a night. Cob webs left around the window sill. Crumbs in the pullout sofa.

The room next door to me was being repainted, the kitchen area of my room smelled of paint for hours.

I will be staying again soon
Pros:

Very easy to get to right off freeway. Excellent breakfast for us on the go. Noon checkout so we didn’t have to rush. 24 hour pool and spa. Very friendly team at front desk and the breakfast supervisor. Good value for a rest stop as we travel to Idaho.

Room was spacious and super clean, bed was comfortable, an overall excellent stay!
Pros:

I liked that the pool and spa was 24/7 and not open only certain times. The breakfast was really good too!

Cons:

The only thing that wasn't convenient was the placement of the TV in the rooms. Not a huge deal though

Felt right at home and cared about by Douglas ❤️
Pros:

Douglas that works here was incredible, I was really emotional at the front desk , I was staying here for my dad’s funeral . Douglas showed compassion,empathy gave us a private corner room , so caring he felt like family ❤️😘 most amazing person went out of his way to keep us comfortable with every need !! I can’t say enough, amazing Wow

Pros:

The breakfast was incredible, best place hands down we have ever stayed , we had to stay here for my father’s funeral 😪 Douglas was incredible gave us a private room for privacy. He had empathy helped us with everything! He was incredible felt like family staying here ❤️

Very comfortable and cozy stop over for weary travelers.
Pros:

Breakfast was way above the usual hotel breakfast. There was some stumbles, like 2 percent milk that had gone bad, but staff moved quickly to fix. The hotel had facilities, like a laundry room and hot tub, that were way more than the usual hotel chain, even if we didn't get to use them. Full size fridge in room and roomy bed were great.

All Good Except for WiFi
Pros:

Clean room and facilities, pleasant and helpful staff, pet friendly with an area in back for pets to do their business.

Cons:

Internet service was out on first stay and spotty on second stay. Should expect reliable wifi always these days.
