العميل لايهمه الإفطار ولكن الفندق سىء جدا وقديم جدا لايمكن تصنيفه اكثر من نجمه واحده او اقل فندق مستهلك جدا الاثاث والمصعد ودورات المياه وكل شى لاارى ان هيئة السياحة بالممكلة العربية السعودية ترضى أن يكون بهذا الوضع السىء خصوصا ان مدينة حائل الأن تعتبر وجهة سياحية للسياح سوى من الخليج العربي او دول العالم .
