Room was recently upgraded and was clean and tidy.
The bed, seems probably a King size on a double size base and was really uncomfortable. One of the reviews remarked on the breakfast, no breakfast, also very noisy at night, late closing and a main road to the front. TV small but ok except for the sound.

The pub is on a road junction, we felt a bit ‘on view’ from the street below. The shower cubicle was very small and we had to hold the shower head to use it.
Short walk to both railway stations and town centre the owner of the hotel was very helpful

The rooms very freshly decorated and spacious. The location was brilliant for Weymouth and Dorchester alike. The staff were super friendly and helpful, no request was too much. I would highly recommend.

Very close to hospital- stayed due to relative in emergency. Booked very last minute. Staff very friendly. Shared twin room with sister.
The staff were very friendly and helpful indeed. The pub was clearly enjoyed by locals and although it was a random Thursday evening in September, it had a comforting atmosphere. The drinks were good. The kettle, TV and en suite (with shower) were much appreciated. I would definitely stay there again!!
The bed felt a little springy but it didn’t disrupt my sleep in any way!
The place was way above my expectations, the rooms have been refurbished recently and are modern and clean! The entrance was easy and private. Being above a pub makes for great company- the staff there are absolutely amazing! the owner helped me so much and was very flexible in keeping my bag before check-in time. Made me feel completely at home- I would not hesitate to return!!
