Pros:

駅から徒歩1分程のところにありスタッフが夜間も常駐しているため安心。近くにコンビニ等もあるためとても便利
朝食が無料でついていたのも良かったです

Cons:

部屋はとても清潔でしたが、予約の時.禁煙ルームで予約したと思っていたが(確認不足だった)部屋がタバコ臭かった

Not much maybe location

Cons:

Too small the rooms are like shoe boxes. Couldn’t even open luggage in room.
Staff made us pay a fee to check in 30 minutes before 3pm after arriving at 5 am after 15 hour flight. Never experience a hotel do that.

快適でした！
Pros:

駅近でリーズナブル。コスパ最高でした！
チェックイン開始時間より若干早く着いてしまったのですが快く対応して下さいました。
チェックアウトが11時なのも嬉しかったです。朝ゆっくり過ごして余裕をもってチェックアウト出来ました。

Cons:

特に気になる点は無かったです。
