Very helpful staff. Amanda even went above & beyond posting me something I had left behind.
Pros:

Convenient location near Sydney Uni. Once the lovely staff recommended the nearby cafe, minimart and hotel where I could get dinner it was even more convenient.

Cons:

Bit noisy with traffic on the ground floor as I was on the side near Parramatta Road and the cross street. But I come from a very quiet place & noise cancelling headphones deal with it.
