החדר מרווח עם מרפסת גדולה ממש מול הים
לא נקי כ״כ והאוכל ברמה מאוד בינונית
בנוסף חשבנו שהארוחת ערב כלולה מה שלא היה נכון
הדבר היחיד שהיה טוב במלון זה הנוף לים
דבר ראשון צוות לא עוזר בעליל.. בצ׳ק אין אמרו לנו שלא שילמנו ואילצו אותנו לחכות למנהל ואז הסתבר שהבעיה הייתה בין המלון לאתר משהו כזה והפקידה הייתה ממש לא נעימה ואותו דבר לגבי המנהל הזה..
אחרכ הארוחות פשוט ביזיון לא היה מה לאכול והכל היה קר ויבש גם בארוחת בוקר לא היה מבחר בכלל וארוחת הערב פשוט בושה לשלם על זה כסף ועוד כמות כזו של כסף האוכל באמת היה ברמה הכי נמוכה שיש.
יום למחרת יצאנו לטייל וכשחזרנו לא ניקו לנו את החדר אז ביקשנו בקבלה שינקו לנו את החדר ואנחנו נצא שוב להסתובב וכשחזרנו אחרי שעתיים עדיין היה מלוכלך.. לקחתי בעצמי מגבות כי לא הביאו לנו ואז ירדתי בחזרה לקבלה להגיד שעדיין לא ניקו והתשובה של הפקידה היה פשוט מוזר, רציתי לשתות תה בחדר ולא היו כוסות אז אמרו לי ללכת בעצמי לחדר אוכל לקחת כוסות. אחרי כמה שעות באו לנקות את החדר וסהכ לקחו זבל ושפכו ליטר אקונומיקה בכיור מה שהפך את השהות בחדר בלתי נסבלת.

התייחסות לא יפה מקום אירוח מלוכלך חדרים לא לא מסודרים כמו שצריך בכלל חסר נייר חסר מגבות הקבלה לא עונים לטלפון לא אהבתי בכלל את המלון מרים תמונות אחרות ומביאים לך חדר הרוס
אני ממשש לא יחזור לשם יותר גם הביאו לי מיטת תינוק מטונפת
אוכל היה מהמם יחס טוב
שאמרנו שיש לנו יום הולדת ובאנו כלום ואז אמרו שיביעו משהו בערב אחרי ששאלנו שוב נתנו עים פרצוף לא מחייך

Au check out, la réception m'a soutenu que j'avais pris aussi des repas.samedi midi alors que je n'avais dîné que vendredi soir facture à l'appui. Malgré cela, ils ont insisté pour finir par reconnaître que c'était une erreur de leur part. Dommage.
Et ce matin l'accès à la piscine n'était pas autorisé pour cause de débordement.
Sinon c'est un peu venteux et un peu bruyant.
Mais bonne impression au global.

Грязная игровая комната детская, с запахом табака ( персонал выходит курить на парковку все тянет в игровую), нет спуска к морю от отеля хоть заявлена первая линия, доступа к морю нет. Нет кофе в течении дня, вообще скучно. חדר המשחקים לילדים מלוכלך ויש בו ריח של טבק (הצוות יוצא לעשן בחניה והריח נכנס לחדר המשחקים). אין גישה לים מהמלון, למרות שמוצהר שהוא נמצא בקו ראשון לים – בפועל אין ירידה או גישה ישירה לחוף. אין קפה זמין במהלך היום, ובאופן כללי המקום די משעמם.

נמצא קרוב לים, יש חניה, חדר גדול, נקי, מרווח.

מיטה ממש לא נוחה.

הכריות נוראיות, שתי כריות קשות וגדולות מאוד ועוד 2 כריות עם גושים גושים של חומר מילוי.
ארוחת בוקר ממוצעת עד סבירה.
קפה ממכונה, זה לא כייף.
לא מצדיק את המחיר ללילה.
הסוויטה נקיה, שירות החדרים מצויין. השירות לאורח היה מצויין וזמין.
הסוויטה מהממת עם מרפסת גדולה שפונה לים היתה כיפית.
תקלה קטנה רק שכדאי לתקן, מעדנים פגי תוקף במקרר של ארוחת הבוקר. מניחה שמדובר בטעות שיכולה לקרות בלי כוונה.
