Très bon séjour
Pros:

Les chambres pour 3 personnes sont assez grandes. Les appartements sont bien équipés, et l'hôtel a un service de pressing ainsi qu'une laverie en libre service au sous-sol. Proche des métros et du DDP.
Nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre tout de suite en arrivant, bien qu'il n'était que 14H, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le départ du Airport Limousine bus vers l'aéroport d'Incheon est juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique

Cons:

Un peu de monde au petit-déjeuner. Nous y sommes allés pour 7H30, mais je pense qu'il vaut mieux y aller à l'ouverture (7H00) ou à partir de 8H00. Il n'était pas très clair si le petit-déjeuner était inclus ou pas. Il semble qu'il soit inclus, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué au moment de la réservation.

Des chambres confortables dans un hotel bien situé
Pros:

Grande chambre en étage élevé et en bout de couloir donc très calme
Literie confortable
Localisation très pratique par rapport aux transports en commun
Plusieurs cafés autour pour prendre un petit déjeuner

Overall we had a good time staying at this hotel
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Although the hotel is showing a bit aged, it is well maintained and looked after. It’s very clean and tidy throughout.
There is bus to airport right in front of the hotel.

Cons:

A bit far from the platform in DDP metro station, need to take a long walk to get on and off inside the DDP metro station, transiting to another platform is even further.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in: dirty, unkept and uncomfortable

The staff tried to be helpful.

Cons:

This was the worst hotel I ave ever stayed in.
-I paid for a room with air conditioning but the AC was switched off. I phoned reception and they said they have switched half of the rooms off. I had to move room 2am in the morning after flying all day.
-There was AC but it made loud roaring and rattling noises all night
-The new room was twin not king so had to sleep like roommates
-There was no light or charger near the beds so you couldn’t charge your phone or see at night. There was one working plug in the whole room.
-The hotel was smelly, tired-looking and unkept
-The bathroom was reeking of MOULD. I couldn’t even use it !! I called reception and they sprayed air freshener which obviously didn’t work. I asked them to pour bleach and they said they DIDN’t HAVE. How are you cleaning then?!
