Stunning views, polite staff
Pros:

The highlight of this stay was undoubtedly the spectacular lake view from the open balcony. The room featured a modern bathroom, which was well designed—especially for shorter guests, as I could actually get close to the mirror without the awkward leaning over the sink. The room was very clean. For our toddler's birthday, the staff provided towel decorations, chocolates, and a card —a thoughtful gesture. The hotel's own parking spots were consistently full during our stay. However, the hotel managed this well by covering the €5 nightly cost for us to park at a public Parkhaus located about 200m away. We did not use the pool/spa facilities, so cannot comment on them.

Cons:

The 32sqm area (of the corner junior suite with lake view) is misleading, a second 'closed' balcony takes up significant floor space but is unusable at night because the only curtains are located between the room and the balcony. This left the bedroom feeling cramped. Sleep quality was poor because the room was quite cold at night but we were sweating in bed.

Bel emplacement, accès au spa inclus, mais besoin de rafraîchir les chambres du côté centre de santé.
Pros:

Localisation, les équipements du centre de santé. Facile d’accès en sortant du train, accessibilité à des épiceries et restaurants à proximité. Le petit déjeuner inclus, la pression dans la douche, le frigo, l’espace verrière dans la chambre.

Cons:

Le tapis dans la chambre. La petite télévision. Le fait de ne pas avoir de machine à café dans la chambre.

Pros:

Wir haben sehr gut gegessen abends wie morgens. Die Betten waren perfekt und ich habe selten so gut in einem hotel geschlafen. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft wurden wir von einer zu anderen Rezeption geschickt und mussten dann warten bis wir einchecken konnten. Im Zimmer angekommen haben wir lang gebraucht um zu verstehen wie das Lichtkonzept funktioniert (werde es auch jetzt nicht verraten😉). Der Versuch die Rezeption anzurufen und nachzufragen, war vergebens da niemand erreichbar war. Im Frühstück Saal ging es sehr hektisch zu mit schnellem Wechsel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich , aber entspannt frühstücken ist anders. Wir wussten das es im Betrieb Umbauten gibt, aber Staub auf dem Glastisch mit Deko ist schnell geputzt (Wochenende). Habe mit für diesen Preis mehr gewünscht.

Great for a simple stay!
Pros:

Cute, retro wellness hotel. The lake view is amazing.

Cons:

The walls were very thin and I could hear other people’s showers and also the aerobics lesson from the pool. Hotel breakfast was pretty disappointing, coffee quite undrinkable.
