La taille de la chambre ainsi que sa grande terasse.
Location of the hotel. Fitness was ok. Sauna area was small, but very relaxing.. Nice breakfast with a amazing view.
Staff was ok. But in the morning, the staff was in a bad mood. No conditioner. Difficult to park the car

Le spa
très bien situé au bord du lac avec une vue dégagée. à 10 min à peine de la gare, pratique pour se rendre à Lucerne en 14 min. petit déjeuner varié, service efficace.
un peu plus de fantaisie pour les plats du diner. (ex. entrée salade d'asperge, très bonne. cependant, encore des asperges avec le plat principal, dommage.)
La vue depuis la chambre est magnifique, la chambre est juste superbe et le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié, j’ai malheureusement pas réussi à profiter spa car je n’ai pas eu le temps, mais je me réjouis d’y retourner très vite.
Le lit n’était pas très confortable. Je me suis réveillé avec un mal de dos terrible. Mais je fais abstraction car tout le reste était super.

Juste le restaurant je trouve qu'il devrait avoir plus de choix et dommage que personne ne sache pas parler français

Everything was perfect
Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Habe mich alleine sehr wohl gefühlt.
Schade ist die Sauna nur ab 16 Uhr offen. Wäre nice auch vor dem Auschecken kurz wieder die Sauna zu verwenden.
Tout était super dans cet hôtel
Wir waren auch mit 2 Hunden herzlich willkommen und sie durften sowohl mit ins Restaurant als auch auf die Terrasse.
Zimmer mit Seeblick ist sehr zu empfehlen, siehe Fotos.
