Das Frühstück war tipptopp!

Leider ein absolut enttäuschendes Wellness-Erlebnis!

Wir wollten uns einen schönen, erholsamen Wellnesstag gönnen, wurden aber leider bitter enttäuscht. Das Wasser im Hallenbad war kalt, der Jacuzzi viel zu klein und die Sauna lief trotz der angekündigten Öffnungszeit ab 16:00 Uhr überhaupt nicht.

Besonders enttäuschend war, dass einige Besucher den Saunaaufguss selbst durchführen mussten. Es waren weder Handtücher noch Getränke vorhanden, und vom Personal war weit und breit niemand zu sehen.

Von Entspannung und Wellness keine Spur! Für ein Angebot, bei dem man erwartet, sich erholen und verwöhnen lassen zu können, ist das schlichtweg miserabel. Hier stimmen weder der Service noch die Ausstattung oder das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und hatten uns für unser Geld definitiv mehr erwartet. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Ci vediamo presto, visto che sarò lì anche il prossimo mese.
Pros:

La vista lago, la nuova reception e la nuova sala ristorante, il mio non è un soggiorno di piacere, ma di riposo dal lungo viaggio che compio ogni volta che vado da mio figlio che vive a Sarnen, e all'Hotel Pilatus trovo la pace ed il silenzio ideale per riposarmi e rilassarmi per affrontare il viaggio di ritorno e questo confort è apprezzato molto anche dalla mia cagnolina che prima di addormentarsi va a godersi la vista lago dal terrazzino della camera, secondo me, anche Lei si pone tante domande davanti alla distesa d'acqua.

Cons:

Il parcheggio è una nota un po' stonata, ma vedendo anche altre situazioni locali, all'Hotel Pilatus va anche bene.
