Please note that from January 6th until the end of July, one of the dining rooms on the ground floor will be renovated.
Work will take place from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm and is optically separated.

Very happy and am pleased to recommend
Pros:

A short walk from the train station ( note there are cobbles if you’ve got a wheelie suitcase) Coop and Migros very close by. We had a fridge in the room so were able to have milk juice and wine in there. We asked for a kettle and were happily given one for the room. Robes and slippers supplied for the lovely wellness suite. I’d recommend a trip to the glass works. It’s extremely hot inside but great watching them work.

Erholsame Tage am Vierwaldstätter See.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Phantastische Sicht direkt auf den Vierwaldstätter See. Frühstücksterrasse direkt am See. Große Auswahl und sehr guter Kaffee.

An “if you know, you know” place. Hope to stay longer next time!
Pros:

Exceptional views of Lac Luzern. Great breakfast. Very clean. Helpful, kind staff.

Cons:

A few bits of furniture, like the bedroom chair, were getting tatty.

Emplacement excellent mais service hétérogène (hôtel en rénovation)
Pros:

L’emplacement est magnifiquement situé, avec une vue splendide sur le lac et les montagnes.
La terrasse ombragée au frais sous les arbres est très agréable.
Le spa est très bien équipé et spacieux.
La salle de bain était spacieuse et la douche moderne.

Cons:

Le manque d’accessibilité aux services et à la chambre (obligé de monter des marches malgré les ascenseurs).
Le bar avec vue sur la route très passante.
Le service très maladroit et non professionnel:
- le personnel n’est pas attentif: pas d’accueil le matin lors du petit-dejeuner (on devait chercher une table et amener nous memes les couverts et les assiettes); pas d’acceuil lors de l’arrivée, réception difficile à trouver et peu d’informations sur les services.
-equipements de menage toujours abandonné sur le palier avec le personnel d’entretien qui mange devant la chambre. Mauvais standing.
Accès au lac pas digne d’un bon hotel. Uniquement des escaliers en fer rouillé avec vue sur les vieux bateaux rouillés aussi. Des tiges de fer sortent du bord du quai, ce qui n’est pas idéal.
Pédiluve extérieur très sale.
Terrasse de la chambre sans store, avec bloc de clim sur la terrasse, et vue sur le toiture rouillée à côté.
Impression générale d’un hôtel très veillot en rénovation (nous étions dans la partie ancienne de l’hotel).

Beautifull suite with view overlooking the lake
Pros:

The suite offered a fantastic view overlooking the lake. We loved having breakfast on the beautiful terrace shaded by chestnut trees. The staff hosted us in a professional and welcoming manner.

Cons:

A mirror in the room would be useful.

The nightclub atmosphere does not really match the hotel’s overall ambiance.

Im grossen und ganzen war es ganz in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren wie auf den Bildern. Es war sauber und ruhig. Frühstück war auch ganz in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Wasser im Pool war viel zu kalt und im Spa Bereich war es zu warm. Es hätte lieber umgekehrt sein sollen.
