Please note, only dogs are allowed as pets.

Please note that from January 6th until approximately mid-August, one of the dining rooms on the ground floor will be renovated.
Work will take place from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm and is optically separated.
However, disturbances may occur. The hotel operations, the restaurant and wellness area are not affected by the work.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

We had a wonderful room with a view our over the lake. We enjoyed eating at the garden oasis restaurant. There was live music and dancing each evening.

Geweldig hotel
Pros:

De locatie, het uitzicht over het meer vanaf het terras, ontbijt en diner aan het water. De wellness was fantastisch.

Cons:

Jammer dat er net een verbouwing gaande was, maar daarover hadden ze wel netjes vooraf gecommuniceerd.

Over priced! For the price we paid my expectations were high. They were in the middle of renovations. It was loud the entire day. At 11.45 pm our air conditioner started making strange noises and leaking water onto the floor. We called the front desk, after the third attempt they answered and arrived 20 minutes later. Thankfully, they were able to fix it. Unfortunately, there was no apology for the inconvenience or compensation.

Pros:

Hotel Pilatus ist direkt am See mit einen Spa Bereich .Der Spa ist sauber und man hat einen schönen Ausblick zum See, vom Pool aus. Die Kunstpalmen sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen in der Pool Anlage, fände es ohne aktueller.
Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Morgenessen ist sehr reichhaltig.

Cons:

Beim Hauptgebäude sind die Zimmer mit Strassenseite sehr laut, und wen im Obergeschoss die Hotel Gäste gehen ist es sehr hellhörig. Liegt am Alter
des Gebäudes.
