Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen! Sehr empfehlenswert und alles frisch. Sehr nettes Personal, auch Englischsprachig.

Cons:

את הדלת של המעליות שנסגרות על האנשים ואין קרן לייזר שפותחת. בא. הבוקר הארוזה הטבעונית נתנו כמה פירות ובקבוק מים וזה בהחלט היה מאכזב. אפשר היה לתת פירות יבשים וכמה ירקות

On top of that, the room rates are excessively expensive compared to the quality of the facilities and services provided.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend this hotel اunder any circumstances.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was average and could be improved with a greater variety of options.

Cons:

Considering its price and four-star rating, I believe the hotel would benefit from some updates. For example, the room was smaller than expected. The air conditioning system was quite noisy, and upgrading to a quieter, more modern system would greatly improve guest comfort. The bathtub and bathroom fixtures also felt somewhat outdated and could use renovation.

The rooms were not fully soundproof, and noise from the neighboring room was clearly audible. Another unusual issue, which I had never encountered before, was the absence of a refrigerator in the room. A refrigerator was only provided upon request.

Overall, my experience was average. While the hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant, several aspects could be improved to better match the expectations of a four-star hotel.

Cons:

1. Smelly, Outdated Rooms: The rooms have a persistent, unpleasant odor, primarily caused by the old, damp carpets. It makes the entire space feel unhygienic and poorly maintained.
2. Disgusting Towel Policy: Housekeeping practices are completely unacceptable. After returning from breakfast, I found my room "cleaned," but the towels in the bathroom were still damp. Instead of replacing them with fresh ones, the cleaning lady had simply refolded my dirty, used towels and hung them back up.
3. Terrible Gym Facilities: The hotel gym is practically unusable. The air conditioning was completely broken, making the space stifling, hot, and impossible to work out in safely.
