wonderful. Staff members such as Madina, ShomuzZaffar and Ikrom were helpful in checkin and checkout
Pros:

Well made omellettes. Nice and clean room. housekeeping staff did wonderful job in keeping the room clean.

Cons:

We need more varieties in breakfast.

Very pleasant
Pros:

All staff were brilliant. There is one particular staff member that I would like to mention here, his name is Mr Shamsuddin, (I think he’s a deputy manager), this guy is amazing and I think that he’s an asset to your Ramada hotel group, he’s very helpful and always does his best to help the customer. On one night he helped me print a ticket from my email, the next night he provided me with an umbrella as I was going out in the rain and finally when I checked out he got a taxi, he really made my stay very pleasant. Other staff members were also very pleasant and always greeted me with a smile.
The cleaner on the 7th floor works really hard and always leaves your room sparklingly clean.
