Only location
AC didn’t work and staff didn’t come
Big space
Bad Wifi connection
AC is weak and couldn’t be adjusted
Bad attitude at reception
This is a landmark itself! Staying here was a fun experience. The staffs are professional. The view from my room was great. The aircon was good.
There is no WiFi anywhere on floor 15. I’m not sure if that’s the same for everyone. The room is extremely small. My balcony is very very dirty…
Lokalizacja!
Facilities not available for room services like no ac working, no telecom working, no shower working in our room
Poor
Small omfortable room with good aircon.
The place is showing it's age.

Great location. Others are just so so.
The location is excellent and very convenient. Most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly helped me call a taxi several times because I didn’t have a local SIM card.
Room 506 is in urgent need of renovation, especially the bathroom. The shower head was broken and had to be held by hand while showering. On my last day, I showed my train ticket to the receptionist, but a taxi was booked to the wrong railway station, which caused a lot of stress before my train to Bukhara. I reported the problem to the hotel, but after their first reply they ignored my messages.
Breakfast was nice, much wider variety of dishes than I expected. Exceptionally good mattress, better than in almost all hotels I ever visited.
Other than that - you should understand, that you're paying not for the room, but for the building. Soviet architecture, fancy lobby, 15th floor and city view, central location, etc. Speaking of the room itself - you can find many much better rooms in Tashkent for half the price, even with breakfast included. But the building itself is one of a kind, and I stayed here for a single night just because of that.
Beware loud weddings in the banquet hall. I asked for a room on the top floor and it was perfectly quiet, but I assume living on the second floor could be quite problematic.
There was no hot water in the room until late evening, but with +44 degrees outside I did not really need hot water that much. Not enough power outlets in the room, you need to decide what do you want more: tea or tv, charge a laptop or light a table lamp. No bedside lights (I didn't even know I was so used to them!)
