Amazing! Would stay again.
Pros:

The fact there was a place to wash clothes and it was card operated, the location was pretty central for what we needed. And the Swanston st gate. The fact you could also see Mt Wellington was a really magical. The lovely lady at reception was amazing also. Was kind and welcoming.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, and the driveway. As I hadn't been before i found the driveway tricky to find.

Great value for a fully self-contained apartment
Pros:

Great location for a jump off point. Very close to public transport and supermarkets. Rooms were spacious

Cons:

The place is older and in need of some updates... however nothing big... torn scrim curtains and windows screens... did not really effect our stay or enjoyment

Comfortable, warm, cosy & convenient stay
Pros:

The location is excellent, 10 min walk to Woolies & Coles and 10 min drive into Hobart.
The check in was very friendly & helpful.
We had a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 nights, which was very clean and it had everything we needed. We had snow during our stay and the apartment, was so warm and cosy & comfortable. Also, very quiet and it was the school holiday's.
The only thing i would suggest would be to put a TV in the bedroom with an additional power point, for charging our phones.

Good for one night
Pros:

Place was clean and tidy. Beds a bit thin and pillows a bit soft for my liking.
Heater was out on for us so the room was toasty warm when it was freezing outside.

Disappointing, not good enough.
Cons:

Ground floor apartment was not safe or secure, kitchen window accessible to street had an open window with no latch or lock, and could easily be opened from the outside. The security latch on the front door was broken. One of the front windows was damaged. We did not feel safe or secure. The apartment and buildings are very tired and dated.

The playground on site was fantastic for the kids

Cons:

The kitchen tap was clearly broken as well as one of the dining room chairs which was very disappointing. Bedroom clearly smelt like cigarettes in a non-smoking accommodation not good

Good value for money, would stay again if able to be provided with a comfier bed 😊
Pros:

The location is great.
Apartment was spotlessly clean.
Apartment was very quiet once inside..

Cons:

Beds were hard!
Unable to rate staff as didn’t speak to or see a staff member.
Leaves etc were gathered around doorway and not removed during 2 night stay.
