Friendly and informative staff. Easy checkin/out. Reasonable value for money.
Pros:

Cleanliness of room and kitchen area. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds and good quality linen. Exceptionally friendly person at reception who actually walked us to our room.

Cons:

Heating in bathroom. Perhaps a new heater which actually works mounted on wall would be great.

An easy stay close to Hobart CBD.
Pros:

The property was well located and relatively comfortable. There were facilities for self catering which is always a bonus.
There was also laundry facilities on site

Cons:

I found the curtain track in the main bedroom didn’t operate properly and if I’d used them as they should have I’d have pulled them off the wall

Pros:

We stayed here twice over our holiday, in 2 different rooms. Rooms appeared a little old but very clean and comfortable. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay with little children with the playground available onsite. It was also a short walk to some very nice cafes, restaurants, 24hr Kmart and both Woolworths and Coles. Will definitely stay again the next time we visit.

The place to stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfotable. All appliances etc for self contained were available. The units are close to most of attractions around Hobart and the major Higways are very accessible. Staff are very helpful.

Great location
Pros:

This was a great location for us as we had a few things accomplish over the 6 days during our stay. Walk/run distance down Bay Road to the bike path and Cornelian Bay (where I caught the rowing comp. during the Regatta). Also caught the airshow from the Regatta - all serendipitously since we didn't come for this even. Walk to coffee/cafes too.
Our room was a 2-bdrm and it worked out great - good size. Unit 13 was a good choice - you are adjacent (shared wall) to the laundry but you don't really hear it. Small galley kitchen but it had all the cooking stuff and a big fridge. Bring your own paper towels and extra rubbish bags, spices, etc. The unit was very clean. Bathroom was a good size with heated overhead lamp/bulbs. Plenty of blankets - we're here during summer - but it was cold for us Queenslanders, really very pleasant temps.
Noise wasn't too bad at all. The main bedroom faces the car park so that's not great and the black out curtains don't go to the ceiling so there is light all night at the top of the window coming in. The bed was comfy so that helped.
Great service, very kind staff, replaced our towels, etc. Wifi worked excellent.

Fine for a one-night or transit stay, with good transport access, but not ideal for comfort or longer stays.

Beautiful place, great value, perfect location, and exceptional service — especially from Anthony. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The room wouldn’t really be recommended for a long stay — it’s more suitable for a short, transit-style stay. In our room, the bathroom exhaust fan did not work, so hot air and steam couldn’t be properly vented. The interior felt quite old, with dated furniture and technology. The carpet was noticeably stained, and the room itself was quite small. Overall, it wasn’t very quiet, and the comfort level was more basic than expected.
