The hotel is lovely and the staff were very helpful. However, the room wasn't as clean as we expected – there were quite a few spider webs in the bathroom and around the room, so it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay. The stargazing experience was amazing and we highly recommend it!

Pros:

O quarto que reservei estava com cheiro de cigarro muito forte. A equipe do hotel conseguiu um outro quarto bem menor, mas que tinha cheiro de fossa. Não tive compensação financeira pelo downgrade de quarto e apenas ofereceram uma tábua de frios no quarto.

Hotel com excelente qualidade. Cresceu um pouco nos últimos anos e tem que ter mais atenção ao serviço, nomeadamente nos pequenos almoços.
Deveriam melhorar o parque das crianças, ter ginásio nem que fosse outdoor.

Deram um upgrade para nós
Tivemos um pequeno problema com a lavanderia.... Pedimos para lavar a roupa da nossa bebê e mancharam algumas peças... Não cobraram
Além disso sumiu uma toalha dela de banho e não achamos
Fora isso tudo excelente....
