Important information:

The hotel restaurant is now open and we serve Continental Breakfast Buffett for FREE of charge, daily from 9 a.m.-10 a.m.
Iris hotel does not do other meals then the Continental Breakfast.
Iris Hotel has a small Bar which is open from 11 a.m. -6 p.m. (for afternoon coffees/teas /cakes) and
18:00 p.m. until 22:00 p.m. (for alcohol drinks)

The property can provide an iron and ironing board on request only.
No cooked meals are available at the property.
Continental Breakfast is available free of charge.

Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

No Show Policy: In case of No Show , your reservation will be canceled and total amount will be charged . We advise you to pick up your room key within the time required on your booking: 15:00 p.m.-20:00 p.m.

Guests are welcome to leave their bags with the property if arriving before 12:00. Early check-in or late check out fees may apply. Please contact the property for more details.

The property charges an additional GBP 10 for bookings with one child under 12 years, provided the child uses existing beds. This amount will be automatically charged from the card provided at the time of booking.

Please note that extra beds cannot be accommodated in the rooms. A travel cot can be provided on request only.

A elevator is available in the hotel but cannot accommodate mobility scooters, wheelchairs or push chairs. The Annex building does not have a elevator. As such, this property is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

Parking is available along the Promenade, with no charges from 16:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Beds were comfortable . Cushions needed a wash ! Only a bedside table on 1 side . Wardrobe too near to fire door which

Cons:

Breakfast was poor , items used were supermarket essential brands , very thin bread . Eggs were cooked perfectly , shame there was no other breakfast items to accompany them .

What a gem !
Pros:

We stayed here before and it's great Value for money. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast is good. Staff are very helpful and it's right on the prom. Wonderful place. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing that I didn't like.

Ideal location , staff very good and helpful , but room very disapointing

Had to go outside the hotel across the yard to another building at the back where there was 4? Rooms ?
Room had damp patches , cold . Sink cracked and taps loose, not what we expected

Absolutely awful experience ruined my partners birthday and never had such a poor sleep for 2 nights
Pros:

The Mattress were stained poorvquality and had no support and sunk in the middle the shower was rusty, the wallpaper peeling off wall, sink had no plug, Fire door had serious gaps where you could get your fingers under it allowing light in all night the windows where poorvallowing the wind in, the toilet seat loose and moved when sitting on it. The 2 nights we stayed we had no sleep due to the above.

All off the above and not staying in a run down establishment

Horrendous, don’t waste your money. Stayed in the annex. Tiny box room, dirty everywhere, no WiFi connection. Tv didn’t work. The room was too warm but you couldn’t open the window as it leads onto a smoking shelter. Noise all hours. Staff member on reception was the rudest person I have ever met. Considered sleeping in my car. Nobody around for check out so had to leave the keys, then claimed they couldn’t find them to get more money. Diabolical.

A great place to stay
Pros:

Being GF and DF, the breakfast was good for me. There were choices for both the above. They also showed a photo of the breakfast menu, this was my deciding factor for booking this hotel.

Rooms were nice..excellent view.great location. Bed comfy-ish !

Cons:

Seriously need to invest in New pillows..ones provided were flatter than pancakes..very uncomfortable..curtains were tatty..old.nets had holes
Quilt barely fitted the bed.
