A very good experience
Pros:

A. Good place for exploring Rochefort and the. Charente. Much to do and see. Hotel is very convenient for the town

The location is superb, right next to the corderie, nice area. The breakfast was good

Cons:

We asked several months in advance for separate beds and two rooms close to each other, travelling with kids. Got big single bed rooms in the literally oposite wings of the hotel, obviously last ones available :( The parking inside the hotel is super tiny, had problems to park and get out. The parking outside was crowded as well.

Minpunten voor serviceverlening.

Comfortabel verblijf op mooie locatie.

Cons:

Slordigheden doen afbreuk aan ervaring. Bij aankomst, na 16 uur was onze kamer nog niet klaar. Ondanks dat we het idee hadden dat het hotel niet vol was werd er geen andere kamer aangeboden. Dat is prima, maar geef dan een gratis consumptie in de bar oid als service voor het wachten op de kamer. Nu werden we de stad ingestuurd en zouden we gebeld worden als de kamer klaar was. Ruim een uur later, en niet teruggebeld, meldden we ons weer bij de receptie. De kamer was inmiddels klaar en ons werd onder andere gevraagd of we dagelijks de kamer wilde laten opruimen of op een ander gewenst tijdstip. Wij spraken af om de 2de dag de kamer te laten opruimen. Dit is er ook bij ingeschoten. Al met al een teleurstellende serviceverlening.
