L’emplacement qui permettait de faire les visites que nous souhaitions. Le personnel, souriantes, à l’écoute et réactives

Cons:

Chambre petite , sombre et sans aucune vue puisque donnant sur un dôme de véranda.
Nous avons été prévenu à notre arrivée que le restaurant était exceptionnellement fermé. Ors c’est un de nos critères de sélection de réserver un mercure le dimanche. En revanche le personnel s’est montré reactif en nous trouvant une solution de repli.

Parfait au niveau confort physique.

Très bon niveau des chambres, c'est l'essentiel.

Cons:

Un personnel d'accueil occupé au téléphone, donnant un minimum d'explication, sans grande empathie. Le personnel du petit déjeuner était plus avenant.
