Pros:

Estrutura histórica colonial, o que torna o hotel muito interessante e a fachada bonita. A localização é muito boa, perto de tudo no centro, porém sem barulho. Shampoo e sabonete oferecidos no quarto são muito bons. Tudo muito limpo. Equipe prestativa.

Cons:

A estrutura dos quartos e o enxoval é bem antiga, o espaço precisa urgente de renovação. Tudo parece de décadas atrás. O café da manhã é ok, dá para o gasto, mas é bem descuidado, com frutas passadas e não descascadas. Alguns itens como pães e bolos são secos, parecendo ser velhos.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación desprolija y antigua y se escuchaban unos animales como zariguelas que peleaban en el cieloraso, pedimos cambio de habitación y el recepcionista que nos recibió no quiso hacerlo, esa noche no dormimos , al otro dia solicitamos nuevamente y nos cambiaron a otra habitación.
El desayuno es pobre y no apetece.
