Pros:

Rimske Terme ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Thermenbereich. Sehr ruhig, großes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück und Abendessen.

Aspettative non all altezza
Pros:

Al mio arrivo avevo tante valigie ed il receptionist non si è per niente preoccupato di chiedermi se avevo bisogno di aiuto o di chiamare un facchino .
Impossibile trovare da cenare dopo 21’45 neanche servizio in camera . Assurdo per un albergo di 4 stelle .
Possibilità di accedere al fitness prima delle 8 del mattino .
Lucida scarpe non funzionante .
Poca attenzione nel cambiare gli accessori in camera ( shampoo gel douche ,,,) solo se si fa notare
Per il resto pulito . Confortevole . Bella spa .

Hotel molto bello, camere spaziose e molto curate. Unica pecca, finestra su piccolissima corte interna e quindi poca luce naturale. Cena e colazione a buffet nella media ma buone!

Pros:

Hotel grande dimension avec un complexe thermale superbe. Piscine intérieure et extérieur dans une atmosphère romaine coloré génial et reposante. Excellent sauna Hammam avec plusieurs offres. Très bonne restauration

Pros:

Hotel molto carino soprattutto per la location. Colazione abbondante ma il buffet potrebbe essere presentato molto meglio.

Schönes Hotel mit Hanglage. Gutes Buffet, tolles Fitnessstudio für ein Hotel, guter Welnessbereich. In der Therme sehr stickig. Für ein Zimmer mit Jacuzzi ein kleiner und starrer Fernseher an der Wand.
Aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Sonst alles top!

Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotelzimmer....mit Halbpension. Frühstück sowie Abendessen als Buffet. Alles super...sehr reichhaltig. Waren in einer Suiten untergebracht...auch hier gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Großes gemütliches Bett...3-teilige Couch....Whirlpool...🔝

Missing some basics to really be 4 star
Pros:

Overall the stay was nice. Hotel staff friendly, but some things could have been better. Cannot at all recommend to eat in the hotel. We did not want to try the à la Carte Restaurant, after being very dissapointed the first day by the food in the buffet restaurant and the snacks in the bar upstairs, this is simply not a 4 star standard - all the food cold, service not good and basic things like proper glasses for drinks missing (white wine glass for a beer..?! ). I am Slovenian living abroad and I have to say that all Slovenian establishment managed to adapt prices to European Standards already, but are not managing to offer the same service. Look around how many Slovenian guests are there, almost none because it is far too expansive for their salaries.

A bit more flexible......
Pros:

Very good again! But it would be nice, if opening hours would be more flexible. Breakfeast opens at 7:00 sharp, the (very nice) Pool opens at 7:00 am sharp. According to receptionist it is not possible to open earlier! Well everything is possible - if they like! The Management should consider it! For Business Travelers it would be more convinient!

Un hotel sur équipé et high tech
Pros:

Un séjour surprenant dans cet immense hotel finalement peu fréquenté à la période où j'y étais, sur équipé, et parfois perturbant tant tout est high tech. On chercherait parfois un peu de simplicité. Personnel aimable, service efficace. Le restaurant ferme tôt (21h), mais le bar ferme à 23h et sert de copieuses salades.
