When going abroad I like to read in depth reviews therefore I am going to do one in the hopes this will help someone wanting to stay.
So firstly i'd like to say please remember this is a Spanish hotel so alot of the other holidayers are spanish coming for their holidays. Therefore the hotel is mainly catered for the Spanish but that being said there are some staff that can speak a bit of English and you can get around fine not being Spanish. End of the day your in Spain so dont expect everything to be english because let's face it your not in England. Shout out to the woman who works in the restaurant who helped me each morning with what to eat because I had a nut allergy, she was the best!. I only paid for breakfast and to be honest I dont think I would next time. I would go to find breakfast at one of the many restaurants around because there just wasn't alot of food that I liked. I would have cereal, toast and a croissant in the morning and maybe a sausage in a little baguette but I didn't personally like anything else. There is a set up of cold meats and then the Spanish version of a fry up available as well as fruit and many options for toast. The hotel was very clean! And the decor was nice. On one of the nights I had drinks in the downstairs bar and let's just say the pina coladas are strong and taste so fresh and at €8 you can't go wrong. The pool area is set up great. Plenty of beds to choose from and there is also a little snack shack you can get drinks and bits from. However the pool isn't heated in the slightest so the one time I did go in there I was very very cold. Also there is music playing around the pool. It was highly annoying though as it would play the same songs multiple times and stop halfway through a song to go to a advert which probably means they are using YouTube. It may be worth getting a Spotify account to make it better and then you could also have more variety. Plenty of seated outdoors and indoors too. Evening bar staff and also the receptionists are great at what they do and so friendly.
Hotel room- I was located on the 7th floor! Probably the best floor to be on as you are so high up. Beware if you get a room near the lifts you can hear the lift clanging when your in your room. Luckily I could only hear it when I was in my bathroom. Walls aren't the thickest but fine for me as I wear earplugs at night to drown out noise. Room comes with a TV (however could only find one english channel) but I just got a cable that I could plug into my phone and then you could play whatever films you want. The double bed is two separate single beds put together but each single bed is actually very big so theres plenty of space for you to spread out. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers space and you can also pay to use the safe if you want. The bedroom was very clean and the cleaners would come in once a day to do a refresh, they were always very kind. The bathrooms could probably do with a bit of an update but at the end of the day it does the job. Bath with a shower in it and the bathroom also comes with a hairdryer, although I didnt use it as it was not powerful what so ever. Room also comes with air-conditioning and my room overlooked the pool area so I had a very nice view unlike the back of the hotel.
I overall think that this hotel for the price you pay for it is fantastic!. Its a bargain!. Its not a luxurious hotel but for the price you pay it is basic and very clean. Be aware there is no minifridge etc so if your hoping for a cold beer upstairs your not going to get one. Maybe you could use the bath as a cold tub with some ice maybe. There is also no kettle in the bedroom so I brought my own portable one. Nearby is a supermarket which is a 1 minute walk aswell as a McDonald's and domino's. The beach is a 15 minute walk and very easy to find. I think the location is great because it is far away from the noise of the strips and bars at the beachfront. There is a main road next to it though that can be a little bit noisy but I did not mind at all. I would definitely come again.
Habitación amplia con terraza
Que te cobren 10€ por el parking por una moto que no ocupa apenas sitio me parece lamentable.

The hotel is fantastic!! The staff are all so friendly. Room was spotless, beds very comfy and room cleaned everyday. I would highly recommend this hotel, the bar downstairs serves food and quality drinks at great prices, the pool area, sun loungers tables, chairs and even a shed bar by the pool was perfection! Will definitely be returning.
We are currently staying in this hotel. It is a little gem. We booked bed and breakfast for a week in april.

It has a lovely pool area and snack bar.

Un hotel perfecto para pasar unos días en Benidorm: habitación amplia, muy soleada y con hermosas vistas.
Los maleducados ingleses que se emborrachan y gritan por las noches desde el bar sin que nadie les llame la atención.
