he sido cliente de este hotel los ultimos. 20 años y ha bajado mucho la variedad del desayuno de los platillos durante el desayuno

me desagrado mucho, que al solicitar el late checkout el personal de la recepción me lo negara aun y cuando el hotel se notara francamente vació. La excusa empleada por el personal de la recepción fue que. mi reservación se había hecho por booking, y aunn y cuando yo fuera cliente de este hotel los últimos 20 años (desde que era Crown Plaza) y que mi membresia de IHG tuviera mas de 25 años. El privilegio del late checkout estaba reservado solo para las reservaciones hechas directamente al call center del hotel.
