Pros:

No me respetaron la reserva de bookin y cuando llegue a las instalaciones no pude alojarme allí. No les importó dejarme sin hotel. Además querían que hiciera pagos adelantados 4 días antes de mi llegada a México no les importa las condiciones de bookin y hacen lo que les parece mejor para su conveniencia y sobre vender no los deben tener en su plataforma. Es inseguro hacer una reserva en ese lugar después puedes quedar sin hotel igual q yo.

Está muy bien la Ubicación , solo detalles con algunas habitaciones con el clima y el agua caliente de ahí en fuera todo bien
El horario de la terraza debería ser más amplio para poder pasar una velada en esa área Gracias

el agua de la regadera solo sale tibia-fria por mas tiempo que deje uno correr el agua eso fue lo unico que no me gusto, ya que bañarse temprano con agua casi fria y co el clima actual no es algo que me guste.

Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. El desayuno estuvo excelente y la atención del personal fue muy buena.

Cons:

En la habitación se descompuso el aire acondicionado y teníamos hormigas, pero el personal de mantenimiento fue muy atento y nos atendió de inmediato.

Demasiado eventos y ruido, lo que afecta el buen descanso e interrumpe con los residentes del hotel. Además, los horarios de limpieza no son definidos, claramente, pudiendo realizar el aseo de las habitaciones, incluso, después de las 09:00 pm.
