Tolle Lage und Personal, Abzug für die Sauberkeit

Die Lage und das Personal. Das Frühstück ansich war okay dafür dass es als courtesy gereicht wurde. Toll war dass man immer frischen Kaffee aus dem Vollautomat nehmen konnte.

Cons:

Das Besteck war komplett schmutzig!!!@ An jedem Messer, jeder Gabel waren noch eingetrocknete essensreste. DAS DARF AUF KEINEN FALL UNBEMERKT SEIN.

Habitación espaciosa. Buena ubicación

Cons:

La cama era como dormir en el suelo. El colchón más duro e incómodo que he probado.

Nadie de mi familia pudo descansar. Imposible que en una cadena de "Marriott" tenga estás instalaciones a pesar de cobrar 3 mil por una habitación.

Otra de las cosas por las que seleccione este lugar fue por estaciónamiento pero los de recepción parecen tener "arreglo" con los estacionamientos particulares. A pesar de tener lugar me negaron el espacio y te mandan a otro para cobrar mas

El personal en recepción no me pudo hacer el cambio de una reserva , así que perdí el día, me informó que lo hiciera por la agencia donde hice la compra, la agencia envío la petición por email y yo también solicité por escrito y nunca recibí una contestación.
