The breakfast and seating area was filthy and they're wasn't any soy milk option. There was turkey sausage but I couldn't eat it after I watched a lady open the chafing dish and dig her hand in it and ate two. I was mortified. The floor of the shower should be replaced it was nasty I was in a handicap accessible room. It smelled like mildew in the floor
The seats should be reupholstered in the eating area. The staff concierge Dee looked visibly in pain. And her fowl mouth wasn't very professional. Carpet was gummy.
The bed was very comfortable.
The toilet in room 307 keeps running all night. I was not able to sleep. Maybe got 2 hours of sleep total.
Genuinely the quietest hotel I’ve ever been too. No incessant flushing, yelling, etc. I slept through and night pretty well. Staff was super nice and helpful when we struggled with the door. Parking is free which is a massive bonus.
Our door had a trick to open it but we had to have them come help us open the door. My bed had some black fuzzies all over it like the linens hadn’t been changed between guests. It gave me the biggest ick. The WiFi wouldn’t connect either for some reason, I just went to bed instead of worrying about it.
The staff had good customer service, room was ok for a 1 night stay
Breakfast was not good, not fruits and they serve it late than the hour that it was supposed to be serve. But it was cheap so not bad for the price
Lots of parking
My wife loved the heat

Location and cleanliness
Breakfast buffet has a lot of shortages… staff not refilling items consumed
The location is ok in relation to surrounding venues.
This property is dirty and poorly run. The tub had visible caulk inside the tub. The toilet barely flushed. The bedding is filthy. Please save your money. We did not stay overnight as it was unbearable.
Close to airport. Close to River.
After checking in after 11pm from a flight, fire alarm went off at 6:30am. Then, at 9:00am, housekeeping walked into room while I was still in bed. We screamed and he left. That freaked my daughters and I out so we grabbed out stuff and left.
Quite, easy to locate
Not satisfied with my recent stay here. The key didn’t work even after one the staff members rekeyed it 3x. He ended up switching my. Took about 30 minutes to get inside my room after flying for 7 hours, that last thing I wanted to do is wait for anything.
The carpet was severely stained. The coffee station in the room had no cups, creamers, sugars, etc. the fridge in the room didn’t cool and was leaking inside of it. Ended up throwing away my leftovers.
In the eating area in the lobby, there was about 7 rotten oranges when I arrived. The following morning when I went down for breakfast they were still there. Once the lady who handles the breakfast finished cleaning up, the oranges were still there… I should’ve took a photo.
The gentleman that was there when I arrived was very nice and accommodating. However, the guy that was there when I left the following morning was not friendly what so ever.
I went up to him on my way out just to let him know I’ve checked out of my room and he just gave me a thumbs up and continued walking. I typically LOVE holiday inn, but idk wth this was.
Lastly, I saw several men walking around the hotel and just hanging out in the lobby. I did notice they had a room but it almost gave the vibe they were practically living there? I’m not sure.. check the cameras I guess.
It was cheap, dirty, old and was overly priced at about $200 per night…. INSANE. Not happy at all.
The front desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The breakfast was amazing. But the room was old, it was noisy, the bathroom was in bad shape, the soap and shampoo dispenser was empty. It just needs to be cleaned up a bit. But the employees were wonderful! Location is great if you need a close to airport hotel. But it was still expensive!
Nothing
The first room we were given the refrigerator didn’t work and one of the beds was dirty. The second room at least looked like they had cleaned it. We were woken up before 9 am by housekeeping asking what time we were checking out. The other room I booked had my 18 year old daughter and her friend and they scared them half to death banging on the door.
The rug was dirty and had tears, the bathroom shower shelf was sitting on the counter. The breakfast OK
