Really thankful I lucked into this hotel.
Pros:

Very modern, clean facility. Rooms were excellent and really great value. Staff were exceptional from top to bottom. Really 5 star hotel service. Location was walking distance to Gateway to India and museums. Right on street shopping area like Bangkok 20 years ago. So if you like to be in a he thick of the real India this is the place to be. A island of serenity in the middle of the chaos that is India.

عدم تعاون موظفي الإستقبال في رد مبالغ عدد (2) ليلية التي إلغاؤها من قبلي لظروف قاهرة في بلدي والتي هم يعلمونها حق العلم .. بل ظلت هناك مراسلات بالإيميلات إلى أن تم إرجاع المبلغ في النهاية

A wonderful place to relax after our India adventure.
Pros:

A very comfortable and clean hotel which was ideal for us to relax after our travels.
The room was enormous with the most comfortable bed , and the bathroom had both a bath and shower.
All staff from management to the porters were friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
Additionally the hotel is in a very central and safe area. We hope to return one day.
