Great place and very good service , excellent breakfast 👍👍👍

Breakfast was amazing, the location was great just a five minute walk to where we were going. the room was clean and comfortable.

The location is excellent and the owners can’t do enough for their guests. There is secure free parking from 10.30 so you can make the most of your first day. The full English breakfast is freshly cooked and so tasty

I could tell as soon as I set foot in the room the standards are high
The room was absolutely immaculate, with pure white bedding that smelt fantastic and bed very comfortable.
The facilities in the room included tv, tea, coffee, and all bathroom products included
The breakfast was absolutely amazing & delicious
In the morning came hot on the plate ,you can tell the hosts care about the quality of the food and presentation because it looked & tasted amazing
There is a self service area with plenty to choose from in the dining room again a brilliant touch

Its right round the corner from the water park, pleasure beech & the casino right across the road
With the biggest weatherspoons I've ever been in 60 steps from the hotels & the beech
everything is in reach without having to stay in accommodation in the town area as it's quite noisy and disruptive
The streets around the hotel at night are quiet and peaceful we had the best I sleep in our very comfortable bed
They offer up to 24 hours free secure parking at the rear of the property included in the price
which is a great bonus as anywhere else charges for parking I had a great stay and will 100% return
Were looking forward to visiting Blackpool again
To see the new attractions planned for south shore as there’s plans to build a street food complex across from the weatherspoons which sounds exciting and a nearly £800,000 investment just at the end of the street along with an upside down house attraction & a brand new refurbishment to the old Yates building on the promenade which is to become a world food venue and a new hotel which planned for south shore
The owners kindly pointed us in the direction of a great little restaurant called the eating inn steakhouse on the promenade about a 10 min walk from the hotels front doors The food was absolutely amazing & delicious And not really expensive considering the quality

We stayed at the villa hotel celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary, we arrived to a lovely card and prosecco from the hotel in our room which was really lovely of them, the hotel is south side so its much quieter come night time which is needed after a busy day and our stay was great, the hotel room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable, room was spotless, breakfast was great and had a great selection of coffees and cereal, we had a full English which was great, we will definitely be back in the future, great value for money!! and free parking also! Mike and Rebecca are really lovely people, very accommodating when needing a parking space, they was very welcoming on our arrival all the way up until when we left the next day, they have a good system for breakfast where filling out a breakfast card the day before and room number to go with you table number so your not waiting to be seated in the morning u can just so straight to your table , plenty of choices for breakfast all tasted delicious, room was spotlessly clean has everything u need for a short stay ,Mike and Rebecca your hotel is a credit to u we throughly enjoyed our stay n hope to see u again soon , brilliant Alistair

It was near to front and easy access to trams to get to centre it also had a Wetherspoon on doorstep.

Was close to places we needed to get to, very clean and nice breakfast the next morning

The location was perfect for the Sandcastle waterpark, Pleasure Beach and South Prom. Ample free car parking. Lovely, friendly family owned hotel. The owners allowed us to park our car early.

Location was ideal close to the pleasure beach. Mike and Rebecca were very welcoming and breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and beds were super comfy had a wonderful nights sleep. On site parking was an added bonus.
