The room was situation on the second floor which meant it was easily accessible for both my friend and I, We stayed the night before a concert in which we felt we were well rested and in a secure area of the city. All the staff we spoke to were very polite and helped us with any enquires we had at reception. Although we had booked a budget room it still fulfilled the needs we had for our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a break in the city due to it being in the city centre and close to all the shops.

Nothing apart from the location which is very central, but full refurbishment of the hotel should be done in order to be considered 4 stars and to charge the price that they do
Terrible overall dirtyness : in the room the floors were sticky, the shower was very moldy (as shown in the attached pictures) the bathroom was not a 4 star hotel standard (more like 2 stars or less). Corridors had a very strong and weird smell like bubblegum, probably to cover smell of mold. We were so displeased that we left immediately after check in and booked another hotel.
Good location. Service when asked for was real functional.
I think it felt as if the hotel lacked investment. The room was fine for sleeping in but was more pleased to be out. While clean there was just a feeling it was not.

Room was an odd triangular shape which made it a little awkward to move around.

Parking was not on site. Kettle was wired into the wardrobe!

Location of hotel, the bed was very comfortable
We were on 7th floor the lift doors ocationly stuck and would not open or only open partially, had to manually open doors twice, the room was only serviced if you booked 24 hrs in advance. Car parking arrangements and concessions were not able to be accessed.

Polite staff. Bed very comfortable and very clean with tea, coffee making etc. Great shower. Appreciated the half price parking offer. Excellent vfm in this lovely old hotel. Nice little bar too.

Schmutzige Zimmer, ohne Fenster, modrige Luft und das war bei der Buchung nicht angegeben, sonst hätte ich dort nie gebucht, weil ich Lungenprobleme habe. Hinzu kommt, dass es völlig überteuert war - 2 Nächte 305€!
Außerdem waren sehr kleine Betten, schmal, kurz und die Matratze total weich. . Mein Sohn ist 188 cm groß und konnte in keiner Nacht richtig schlafen!
Im Bad gab es nach jedem Duschen eine richtige Pfütze, denn der Duschkopf war fest angebracht und es spritzte einfach raus!
