Unfortunately, we don't have an on-site car park, but our guests receive a promotional code for the local NCP Westgate Street, CF10 1DZ, which is a short walk from the hotel. This costs £14.95 per 24 hours; this is via a promotional code given to you via reception at check-out, and then you pay at the car park.
Guests with heavy luggage or disabled access requirements are recommended to arrive via the Westgate Street entrance, CF10 1TL, which is step free.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Great location, can’t get any more central than this. 5min walk from Cardiff Central station. Comfortable beds, decent breakfast.

There is nowhere to unload luggage from the car at the hotel. We were simply wanting to unload the luggage, check in, then return our car rental. Should have taken 15 minutes. Instead we were forced to park in a separate parking garage then lug all of the luggage etc to the hotel. Not easy for seniors with health issues.
The staff are always friendly, welcoming and will help in anyway they can with issues.
The surround system in the cinema room did not work. To be fair to the team they done everything they could to make it work
