Good value for money
Pros:

Good location, near the station, comfy bed, good choice of TV programmes, very clean.

Cons:

TV on a tad loud in the room next to me. Plastic flowers which look tacky and old fashioned in bedroom and bathroom.

Top location, breakfast, beware of stairs
Pros:

Excellent breakfast in historic dining room. Friendly staff. Nice location close to central station and on car free walking street. Do not be deceived by early scruffy outdoor appearance. Very nice inside. However, if you don’t like walking steps, this is not for you. Reception is on second floor, a few flights from street. The lift to reception is down a few steps. We don’t mind stairs, but others might. All around, a good, affordable stay. Book with hotel to get that great breakfast.

Fabulous location, friendly staff, great breakfast and clean, comfortable room.
Pros:

Fabulous city centre location. I love staying at independent hotels, rather than the larger chains. The room was comfortable and clean, and due to it's location, we would happily stay again.

Las instalaciones necesitan una reparación integral
Pros:

Pros:

The location was lovely, friendly staff. The breakfast was ok, the bed was nice, so is the room size. Overall a good experience, but with some frustrating caveats.

Cons:

Accessibility is a joke: stairs to take the lift, multiple unnecessary stairs and doors on the way to our room. The shower was made by a sociopath: it starts with full force ice cold water and to regulate it you have to stand right in front of it. The shower screen in the bathroom wasn't the right height, so it was leaking the water to the floor all the time. The bathroom door could not be closed properly. The floor was all sticky. I could also hear other people talking or watching TV in the evening, and it was rather loud.
