Pros:

The hotel is one metro stop away from both T1,2,3 and T4. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can arrange an early check-in sometimes. It is clean and quiet and on the on the inexpensive side of Barajas airport hotels. We are repeat customers, this is our go to site for travels through Madrid.

Cons:

There isn't a shuttle, you have to use the metro ( a few blocks away) or a taxi.
