According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Small pets are allowed for a surcharge.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

Localização nas proximidades do Hospital Regina. E a arquitetura do hall. Café da manhã era bom.
Quartos muito antigos e mal cuidados, com lascas nos móveis e rodapés. Toalha bem antigas também (cor acinzentada). Dizem que existem quartos reformados, mas não foi me dada esta opção...
A localização é o único…
O hotel é antigo e por isso os quartos fedem! Cheiro de esgoto, cheiro de humidade e mofo, péssimo! Além disso na última vez que fiquei aí o dispositivo de energia que vc coloca o cartão para liberar a energia do quarto estava com problema e apitava a noite toda ou seja não dormi nada!!!
O café da manhã a é fraco e muito simples para a categoria do hotel!

Da localização do Hotel,quarto amplo , Recepção excelente, senhores do café da manhã muito atenciosos e principalmente o Metre do mjantar fez excelentes pratos (polvo estava impecável) e o rapaz merece todos os méritos

Água quente acabou no meio do banho. Não foi o suficiente para tomar o banho de banheira que paguei por isso. Numa noite muito fria o ar condicionado da ante sala não esquenta o quarto tinha apenas luz nas laterais e não no teto
El personal muy amable, la piscina y gimnasio perfectos, buen desayuno y ubicación. Ascensor panorámico muy lindo.
Al estar en el 4o piso, no tenía vista desde la ventana pues daba al techo de la piscina que nos tapaba cualquier vista posible.
Localização e café da manhã
Falta de educação dos funcionários, local está totalmente abandonado, velho e mal cuidado, fizeram um evento no hotel, ninguém conseguia dormir até as 4h da madrugada.

Certainly, this hotel had nice times long ago today survive on his shado!, it was not a good affeire for me and I don't recommend it!

Quarto excelente. Preço bom. Limpeza muito boa. Quarto silencioso. Toda a estrutura do hotel em si é bem boa. O lobby, inclusive, é muito bonito.
