A comforting and spacious stay after a long Great Ocean Road trip. It was the best decision to stay here.
Pros:

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, and everything worked well. It was also very convenient for our family. The large space really helped us recharge after a long and tiring Great Ocean Road trip. Quest also kindly accommodated our request for a ground-floor room, which was very helpful as we had a lot of luggage.

Cons:

Nothing major. One small suggestion would be for the dryer output to be vented directly outdoors rather than into the bathroom, but this did not cause any real issue during our stay.

No hot water.
Pros:

The room was very good and the location was excellent.

Cons:

We had a 2 bedroom unit. One bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. The hot water in the ensuite was barely warm. Not possible to shower or wash. What's going on? The main bathroom and kitchen hot water was fine. I wanted to ask for a partial refund for the lack of hot water in the ensuite. You must be aware of this and you must have it remedied. Not good enough.
