Quest are reliable
Pros:

Good location and all eating places within walking distance Usual Quest facility with good standard accommodation for an overnight stay. Reception was informative and this was appreciated

Great position, clean and comfortable

Very comfortable accommodation in a great location.
Pros:

We liked the location. We have booked Quest accommodation on several occasions and always find them to be excellent value for money. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and we have never had a negative experience.

Centrally located comfortable apartment
Pros:

Great stop on our Great Ocean Road holiday. Well equipped apartment. Friendly staff who checked in with us to make sure that we were comfortable with the stairs up to our apartment.

Great Location Faculties were as expected to a high standard from a Quest.
Pros:

Room was as expected great heating for a cold night.

Cons:

I was charged on arrival as well as pre-paid but staff quickly found the mistake and did a refund.

Beautiful apartment
Pros:

We arrived quite late and left early so did not get to use most of the facilities but the whole apartment was beauitfully clean and comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were very handy. The ground floor room easy for a family with bags.

Cons:

Nothing really...that we didn't stay longer!

Consistently Good
Pros:

All was as expected and Quest offer a consistently good service. Beds are comfortable and nice crisp sheets, big rooms and a good CBD location.

Cons:

The bathrooms are dated and i did not feel comfortable using the older style shower in a bath with a glass swing back screen and no nonslip mat. I'm good on my feet but i took it very easy to be sure i didnt slip negotiating the in/out. Much prefer a walk in shower. Baths must rarely be used.
