Hotel is little outdated, had to call the desk for AC service and loose toilet seat. Easy parking in the hotel. Stuff is helpful plus a lot of store nearby to dine and grocery. Hotel gym is nice. Pool is average and small.

Property is very old.
House keeping is poor. They don't want to give enough towels even after asking.
Had issues with the TV and tea kettle too.

the suite was very big but the conditions of the baths are very poor!! and the maintenance are also poor.
beside it is too fare from the city and each ride with a taxi to Dubai they charge you extra fee (crossing virtual border fee) not recommend

Pros:

We booked several rooms for our team on a recent business trip to Sharjah.

The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, comfortable, and clean. Wifi and appliances worked well. Overall, no complaints on the rooms.

Check-in took a bit long, but the front desk staff were friendly, polite, and helpful in calling cabs.

There was good food available for purchase in the lobby.

The meeting room + food packages were fairly overpriced. We went elsewhere

Had to use the hotel for work. The service is bad and the rating of this hotel is too high. Although I was upgraded to a better room, it was just not a wow factor. the surrounding area was not great. This is not an experience I would repeat
