Fantastic location and views
Pros:

Beautiful location, hotel seemed recently renovated and staff were friendly.

Cons:

The only negatives we experienced was the mattress seemed to have collapsed at the edge of the bed and the hotel seemed short staffed which is no one’s fault. Other than that it would be a solid 10/10

Nice room with good facilities and helpful staff. Good location. Quiet room
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful getting my room ready early so I could get ready for a wedding. The breakfast and rrom it was served in were lovely. Car parking was very good.

Cons:

Room rate wasn’t cheap but everywhere in this area is expensive to be fair.

Pros:

Excellent location, really good breakfast. Country house feel.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the hand basin in the en-suite bathroom. Condition of one of the pillows.

Avoid during summers, place is built for winters & cold months
Pros:

Food and location are very good. The restaurant staff is amazing.

Cons:

Ventilation in the room was very poor. There were no fans available even when we requested. It was like a microwave and very uncomfortable to sleep.

Outstanding in every aspect.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The location is breathtaking, quiet and yet only short distance from Keswick. The staff are excellent and the food is absolutely 5 star. Cannot recommend highly enough and value for money that I have never experienced before.
