Pros:

La gentilezza, la disponibilità e la simpatia del personale, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La pulizia della struttura e la dimensione della camera meritano una nota di apprezzamento particolare!!

Cons:

I letti delle camere erano molto comodi, tuttavia il divano-letto in soggiorno non lo era altrettanto, nulla di trascendentale in ogni caso.

Брудно у номері , кондиціонер не чищений дуже давно , сніданки одноманітні і не смачні
На рецепції був працівник афроамериканець , який прийшов до нас 00:30 і сказав що ми гучні , хоча ми вже спали

La disponibilità e la gentilezza di quasi tutto lo staff.
La colazione era soddisfacente e le pulizie discrete.

Cons:

Il ragazzo tatuato alla reception non salutava mai, anzi , sembra infastidito quando lo si salutava per uscire o entrare dalla struttura.
Tantissimi inglesi/ tedeschi maleducati e casinisti.
L aria condizionata della camera non era regolabile, o stavi a 18 gradi o col caldo insopportabile.
La domenica non venivano fatte le camere.
Su Booking mi era stata comunicata una cifra per la tassa di soggiorno, all arrivo ho pagato di più.
Le camere sono più belle

Parfait pour une vancances en famille avec les enfants !

Franchement je suis très contente avec mon séjour dans cette hôtel , personnel super agréable, piscine très sympathique, le restaurant était vraiment super beaucoup d choix, mes enfants ont adoré! La classe 10 sur 10

I feel this hotel is well suited to younger guests.
Pros:

I am conflicted by our stay at Guya Wave. The staff could not have been nicer, lovely people, polite and eager to help in any way. Breakfast was comprehensive and very good, although for us, started a little late at 8am, I say this because we are early risers and there were no facilities in the room even for a morning cup of tea. The room was clean and basic. The shower worked well with plentiful hot water at a good pressure. There was a lift to access the floor we were on. The maid came in regularly and changed towels etc. The pool was kept extremely clean despite being overhung by very large trees dropping their pine needles. The strongest points of this hotel were the staff and food, both excellent. The position of the hotel is good for access to the town's facilities but, as you will expect if you look at a map, there are no views. Parking for any hire car is on the street. We are in our late and mid 60s and whilst we enjoyed our stay and made the most of it, we felt this hotel would better suit the younger guest.

Cons:

Sadly, we were a little disappointed with the room. I would add that these are not complaints but facts. There was no fridge fitted (although we were informed one could be available at extra charge), use of the room safe also required payment of an extra charge. At the price we paid for this hotel, I would have expected these facilities to be included as a minimum. There were two small glasses in the bathroom, no other tableware at all. There was 1 sunbed on the balcony. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom, just 2 liquid soap dispensers on the wall, one in the shower and one by the basin (which was empty until we found a house maid who did fill it around day 3). The first night, the air conditioning did not work, there was no control panel. The following morning we asked to move room because of this. It turned out that the control panel was above one of the ceiling tiles and I was present when the maintenance man came to reset it. The aircon turned off several times during our stay but I was able to move the ceiling tile and reset it as I had seen the maintenance man do. The wall switch to turn the air conditioning on and off did not work. Therefore if the electricity was on, the aircon was on. The patio door to the balcony could not be locked as it was broken (pointed out to maintenance but not addressed). The hotel caters for large single sex groups of young people, this in itself is not a bad thing but, they did cause disruption on several nights and were regularly found throwing a rugby ball up and down in the pool (having fun) which made the pool less accessible for other guests. Prior to arriving, I had requested a double bed and was told that the two large singles could be pushed together and a double "topper" added, this did not happen and I did not chase the matter further (my fault). I suspect some of the shortcomings we felt were down to the fact that this is a hotel that caters to groups of young people.

Hotel sympa mais pas mal d’axes d’amélioration

La localisation au cœur de la ville est idéale
Le logement est spacieux
Le personnel est accueillant, souriant
le petit déjeuner est correct

Cons:

Dommage que la piscine soit mal exposée, peu de soleil le matin et le soir, dès le milieu d’après-midi, très peu d’ensoleillement
Dommage, au vu des chaleurs de ne pas avoir un mini frigo par chambre, c’est un supplément et nous n’avons pas pu le prendre car pas disponible
Le ménage des chambres était approximatif
Le réseau wi-fi n’a jamais fonctionné correctement
Le personnel était au courant que nous étions trois dans la chambre, mais nous devions sans cesse répéter car toujours deux serviettes et le deuxième lit à notre arrivée n’était pas fait
aucune insonorisation, beaucoup de difficulté pour dormir

Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Lage.

Cons:

Die Inneneinrichtung ist doch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, dazu einige Flecken auf den Wänden, was so ein bisschen einen schmuddeligen Eindruck vermittelt hat.
