Ok toilet didn’t flush most the time the elevators were out of order one of our rooms didn’t even have a fridge very disappointing

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and overall had a positive experience, but there are a few significant drawbacks to note.

Cons: The main issue during my stay was the construction noise on the ground, third, and fourth floors. It was quite disruptive, making it hard to relax. Additionally, there was a lot of noise from street traffic, including trikes and motorcycles, which added to the overall disturbance.

Pros: On the upside, the breakfast each morning was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring my room was always clean and comfortable. I also felt secure during my stay, thanks to the attentive security personnel.

In summary, while the construction noise was a downside, the quality of the breakfast and the service from the staff made my stay enjoyable. If noise isn't a concern for you, this hotel is worth considering.

This hotel is under renovation. The restaurant was closed for eat in dining, but they did deliver to the room. Breakfast was excellent every morning by the pool and buffet style. The employees’ customer service made up for the deficiency in hotel condition.

The property is in nice but poorly maintained. Construction going on the property. The management has to do a better job.

It’s the only nice hotel in the area, the staff were amazing but the place is ok

First, the bad: the property is slowly undergoing renovation. Then the good: the slowness means that there is not much noise or dust to contend with. Importantly, the swimming pool is in good shape (tho I recommend they add some paint to better distinguish the steps.) Breakfast is good. There is a nice variation in the Philippine dishes each morning, but the omelet station is always there.

Very helpful and knowledgeable stafg

This was once a very good hotel but the last 2 times I have stayed it has been under repairs and to be honest almost nothing changed since I was there 8 months ago. Had to get staff to come twice to reboot hot water and gave up on the last day so i had a cold shower. The food is quite good but a little expensive. Breakfast was OK. Rooms are big but dated and not totally clean (although that may just be the age). Hotel has airport transfer which was handy as moving luggage on trikes is hard work. While I am a regular over the last 10 yrs I will start looking at alternatives.

The staff were great. Pool was very dirty. This hotel mainly caters for conferences not tourists.

The room on the top floor had an excellent view, but unfortunately the pool is very dirty
