Hotel muy tranquilo, personal muy atento, muy buena estancia, comida buena.

Właśnie zakończyliśmy nasz pobyt w tym hotelu Wszystko zaczynając od personelu recepcji, restauracji,baru i osób dbających o porządek oceniamy 10/10 Naprawdę nie ma się do czego przyczepić Lokalizacja hotelu parę minut od pięknej plaży Hotel usytuowany w spokojnej części więc znajdą tu spokój Ci którzy nie lubią gwaru i zgiełku Dlatego zdecydowanie polecam wypoczynek w tym hotelu Czysto,smacznie ,miło i czuję się ,że Ludziom tu pracującym zależy żeby wszyscy wyjechali stąd zadowoleni Na szczególną ocenę zasługuje Pani Ilona Jak to się mówi Człowiek Orkiestra Przemiła ,empatyczna, otwarta o wielkim sercu Kobieta To właściwy człowiek na właściwym miejscu!!!Jej obecność dodaje blasku temu miejscu !!!Stamtąd żal wracać bo czuje się człowiek zaopiekowany na maxa a nie jak to się nieraz zdarza jak intruz Tam wszystkim zależy byś wrócił do domu w pełni usatysfakcjonowany !!!!!I jedno jest pewne Pani Ilona potrafi o to zadbać !!!!❤️

Nos gusto mucho el desayuno que había bastante variedad. La habitación estaba bien, lo normal cuando vas ha realizar una estancia corta y sin apenas estar en el hotel solo para descansar.

We came here for 6 days and it was amazing!
The food was delicious and a good range of food. Santiago the bar man was so lovely and made you feel welcome. All the staff were very nice. Andrea was so helpful.
The rooms were very clean, cleaned everyday and very spacious.
We don’t have any bad things to say about this hotel. We were uncertain due to other reviews but i cannot agree with the bad reviews at all.
Would recommend and would definitely return!!

The hotel and location are very good. The service was perfect. The food was decent—not exceptional but tasty and fresh. As for the room, it was clean, with room service every 1-2 days. The bathroom was a highlight, with a spacious shower and two sinks. However, the room itself could use some improvement. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, with a hard, low-quality mattress on legs. Sound isolation from outside, especially the hallway, is practically nonexistent; you can hear everything happening outside the room, and the doors require a hard push to close, which limits sleep, especially if you like to sleep in. These are definitely two areas for improvement.

Just come back from having week there really enjoyed it it was clean food was OK good selections an drinks was OK just no entertainment on night that all overall was happy with my stay would stay again not far from beech either everything around

Got back yesterday from a 4 day break in this hotel, can safely say I'll never return.
The hotel rooms wasn't bad, clean and reasonably good considering the price.
Food, Drink and service is what let's this hotel down majorly.
Only 1 beer on tap.
Cocktails made by a drinks dispenser.
Bar snacks never available unless the bar man could actually be bothered to make the food.
Food was not hot, served on a platter plate on a counter. There was 3 hot holding bays which had pasta in every night with a cold Bolognese sauce on the cold counter to put over your warm pasta.
Once the food is gone it's gone. The 2 hour window of service breakfast / dinner / tea is a joke.
Me any my partner went around half way through service and nothing would be topped up what so ever.
I think they cater for the amount of people in the hotel and refuse to cook any more. Over all food is repeated each day whatevers not used on dinner will be served at tea also.
Over the 4 nights 5 days we stayed. We had breakfast once dinner twice and tea twice.
Never will I return to such a poor standard hotel considering it's a 4 star the manager must of paid for the extra 3 stars !

Oh and if the bar thinks you have had your quoter for the day of alcohol they will refuse to serve !

During a brief three-day holiday, I found the hotel to be clean, but the room cleaners were inadequate, leaving the bedding unclean. While some staff members were friendly, the food preparation staff exhibited rudeness. I was reprimanded by the color man for consuming a snack without my T-shirt, despite the warm temperature of 26°C and the absence of any signage indicating such a rule. He threatened to involve the police, but I was unable to respond before he made his threat. As a minor, I had to seek assistance from the manager, who was understanding and informed the staff that such behavior was unacceptable.

The all-inclusive package offered a reasonable selection of beverages, catering to the preferences of most guests. However, the quality of the food was inconsistent. While we experienced one exceptional meal, the majority of the dining options were subpar. We resorted to eating out on several occasions due to the limited food choices provided.

The snacks offered were adequate, but their availability was restricted to 6 pm, leaving us hungry by 8:30 pm when the food quality had deteriorated significantly. We were refused a sandwich and informed that we would be responsible for purchasing vending machine snacks. Additionally, the beverage selection was limited, with only four drinks available before they were discontinued.

Considering the hotel’s price point, it was acceptable, but I would not recommend extending my stay beyond the initial three days.
