Pros:

- Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet (ausser schade das z.B. Omeletten nicht im Preis inbegriffen sind und extra bezahlt werden müssen)
- Einrichtungsstil des Hotels ist wunderschön (Rezeption, Bar, Zimmer, etc.)
- Eingangstreppe zur Reception mega schön
- Cooler Pool mit schönen Liegen
- Sehr freundliches Personal
- Parkplätze genügend vorhanden, inklusive und gerade beim Eingang, Elektroladestation
- Extrem ruhige und gemütliche Umgebung, kein Lärm, in der Natur

Cons:

- Zimmer war zu wenig gut geputzt vom Reinigungspersonal
- Stilles Wasser wurde nie nachgefüllt im Zimmer sowie Gläser nicht getauscht
- Kein Fenster, was man in der Nacht öffnen konnte, was sehr stickig war in der Nacht aufgrund des eher kleinen Zimmers
- Wandabdeckung im Zimmer war neben Fenster kaputt und sollte repariert werden
- WC-Spülung / Dusche hört man alles von den Nachbarhotelgästen (Eher ringhörige Zimmer)
- Badetücher wechseln kostet extra, das müsste für diesen Preis inbegriffen sein
- Kleiner Wanderweg vom Hotel aus nicht gemäht und gepflegt, voller Tierkot von wilden Tieren - wir mussten nach 50m wieder umdrehen
- Gartenumgebung könnte ein wenig mehr gepflegt werden (Wischen, Jäten, etc.)
- Zu wenig Sonnenschirme am Pool

Peace and quiet but quite remote
Pros:

Lovely peaceful spot, great pool area with good facilities.
Breakfast was good with lots of choice. We had dinner there once and it was tasty.
We had an issue with a booking we had made and the lady at the desk went over and beyond to help.

Cons:

The access to Vallegrande is quite tricky for inexperienced drivers, very narrow and steep roads and the last few meters are awful with deep potholes and/or big humps in the tarmac.
It is also quite a way from the car park to your room, without easy access with heavy luggage, no path to wheel it on.
For dinner, it was had at the bar area in the evening, but it was a bit frustrating that all the staff (4 of them!) was stood behind the bar area, watching your every move and not enough privacy given.
The main waitress seemed very put out if you refused to have a cappucino at breakfast. The americano pot kettle was lukewarm at best .
Not much of a view from the location as the vegetation is all overgrown and you can hardly see the sea...

Pros:

Midden in een natuurgebied.

Cons:

Te weg er naartoe is echt heel slecht zeker de laatste 900 meter. Zorg dat je voor donker boven op de berg bent.
We hadden een zg. Upgrade maar niet veel van gemerkt. De matrassen waren zo slecht gemeld aan de receptie deze kwam kijken maar deed er niets mee verder. 3 nachten slecht geslapen.
Eten restaurant doen of het Michelin is maar kwaliteit van vlees was echt slecht. Dit gemeld eerst discussie dat het prima was, later sorry we halen het van de rekening af (wat niet gebeurd is)
Zwembad handdoeken zaten bloedvlekken op.
Ligbedden bij zwembad waren kapot en niet schoon.
Kamer was niet goed schoon. Medewerkers niet vriendelijk er is niet 1 keer gevraagd of alles in orde was. Hier valt nog een hoop te leren.

Het ontbijt was echt heel goed en uitgebreid.
Maar ook hier medewerkers to en geen interesse.

Absolut empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Es ist eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Lodge. Wenn man die enge Straße aufgefahren ist, wird man sehr belohnt.

Cons:

Das Speiseangebot könnte etwas umfangreicher sein.

Pros:

I think the pool is the best part of the place and the dining room had good food. Could be good for renting out the whole place for a wedding for example, but felt pretty isolated overall I felt.

Cons:

Room was pretty small and AC ok. Its hard to get to and you need to drive everywhere. I thought the overall campus would be larger with more hiking easily reachable. The path on premise is very small and would be great to add some lounge chairs to the areas with a view on the path. Breakfast is late starting in Sicily at like 8am, and so would be great to offer coffee in the room or earlier coffee service in the main area.

hotel met troeven maar niet echt op niveau van prijsklasse

mooie setting (gebouwen) en goed restaurant voor diner

Cons:

hotel is moeilijk te bereiken (gevaarlijke en slechte wegen); zwembad is wat afgeleefd: onkruid tussen planken, vuile douche, verouderde ligzetels; ontbijt wisselvallig van kwaliteit en je moet bijbetalen voor een omelet en zelfs een gekookte eitje!

Pros:

Setting great but rooms have no windows that can open had to be moved an effort and only one central ac that was on a heated setting mosquitos were hanging around really not great for a beautiful setting huge windows but it cant open you are in the mountains so was not expected !
Friendly staff helped move us to another rm with a window in toilet and a slanted window in one room that could but was most uncomfortable

Bellissimo posto, ma forse non ideale per le mie esigenze con i bimbi piccoli.
Pros:

La quiete del posto immerso nella natura, la piscina e la camera di ottimo livello. Il silenzio e la pace che trasmette.

Cons:

La Strada per raggiungerla è un po tortuosa.
Il menù risulta un po limitato nelle scelte a mio parere, con un costo un pó elevato.
