Absolutely stunning hotel with such a lovely staff!! View was amazing, prizes of food and drinks from a very affordable range...
Great matrasses in the room.. only the seats on the balcony were terrible. Looked fine, sat terrible... but other then that...amazing!

Super location, fantastic view over the Mediterranean all the way to Corsica, nice room with spacious balcony and excellent breakfast buffet. So, you might think, why not a five star score. Well, two thing. 1) Personnel not all that friendly, and 2) service and quality of food in the restaurant disappointing. Personnel in the restaurant seemed to be in a hurry and was very pushy. Pushy to take orders, pushy to serve food, and in such a way that we really couldn’t enjoy our time in the restaurant. On top of that, the quality of the food was average. Not value for money. It seems you pay for the lovely view over the Castelsardo by, but not for the food…..The explanation to the pushy behavior of the personnel became evident later. There was a (dinner)party later that evening. Loud guests (not staying in the hotel). Yelling and screaming until way after midnight….disappointing, especially for a resort that advertises with their quiet and chill location. I could have given this resort a score of 5 out of 5, if it weren’t for the restaurant experience and the noise during the (Saturday) night of non-resident party guests.

The view was stunning and the staff were really lovely. It had a lovely atmosphere and the pool area was excellent.

Molto bene e Tip top ! Tolles Zimmer, Pool, Service, Frühstück, Essen, Aussicht etc. Ein wenig zu weit zu Fuß vom Meer weg… in Summe jedoch perfetto

Fantastiskt ställe med vackra omgivningar och panoramautsikt över havet. Här råder lugn och ro, och personalen är både varm och professionell. Restaurangen håller hög klass utan att kännas stel – en perfekt kombination av kvalitet och trivsel. Ett ställe man definitivt vill återvända till.

The resort was beautifully located. The facilities and the grounds exceeded expectations. The restaurant was a fine dining experience. All staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Wandering around the grounds revealed numerous hot tubs and relaxation areas all with spectacular views. The rooms were modern and well equipped. Comfy beds!

Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées, le personnel est aux petits soins.
Les petits déjeuner sont copieux et de qualités.
Pour le dîner, le restaurant est excellent, bien qu’un peu cher.

Very nice location with magnificant views of Castelsardo village and castle. Extremely friendly and personalized service. Dinner experience in the hotel close to perfection, fantastic menu with variety of fish, seafood and other local dishes, large portions. Professional but relaxed service and nice somelier.
We were upgraded to own private villa with fantastic views.

Great 9 night stay at the resort. The staff in particular were all very polite and helpful, responding very quickly when we had additional requests and making suggestions for when in the local town. The courtesy bus was very useful as we didn’t want to hire a car, the driver like all the staff was always on time and always very polite. The on site breakfast and restaurant were both very good, the restaurant was high end and had a fresh seafood focus like most in the area. The view was amazing from the rooms, pool and restaurant areas, would very much recommend at stay.

We read that Castelsardo was a must do when visiting Sardinia. As an aside to this review, we were completely confused as to why it was recommended, and only a quick consult with Google stopped us from missing this stunning citadel. The hotel was reached by quite a frightening, bumpy incline, but that was the worst part of our visit. Our room was very clean. A semi detached villa with a terrace and roof terrace. The pool area and gardens were well maintained. We ate in the restaurant, which was fabulous. The staff were outstanding. Especially the sommelier . Our meal was outstanding, paired with superb wine.

Goed restaurant

It is a beautiful property with good food. However they still seem to agrue and not take us seriously about the smell from the night stands in the White Villa. My husband looked up the tag and there is a warning about the wood stating in moist areas it will get formaldehyde. I open the drwaer and a gas came out making me sick. The shower makes a high pitch noise throughout the whole place. Theyreis not screen on most every thing. The bathroom if you open at night the windows bugs get in. There is cameras around this villa. I get the pool I guess but not the otherside. It wasn't a luxury private villa. They did move us finally the next night. Unfortunately only one person could take a shower in this villa they said they checked it but the second person was always cold. I appreciate what effort was made a free dinner but unfortunately we spent 2 half days dealing with all of this and moving that it just ruined seeing all we had planned.

Beautiful resort hotel on top of a hill overlooking the hill town of CASTELSARDO and the Mediterranean. The rooms are scattered around the hill with the reception, dining room and swimming pool on the top of the hill. It can be a bit of a steep walk up to the main building but a golf cart is available to pick you up.

My room with sweeping views was not large but comfortable with an outdoor deck. Decor is simple but nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom has a good size walk in shower.

There is wifi throughout once you fill in the online form asking far too much personal information. The TV had about 4 English language channels.

There is a good breakfast with large array of hot & cold foods. And there is a cooked egg station. Dinner at the hotel is top class, the food was outstanding. Drinks from the bar were not overpriced.

Staff were helpful & friendly. It’s a very nice place to stay.
