Hotel Mavi Beyaz

We used the beach, the sea was great but the service was awful and the attitude was worst. The welcome lady did not even wait us to settle first, while we were still standing and trying to find a sunbed asked for enterance fee. Also, even they charged us for day use fee for sunbeds (600tl) when we asked for towels they responsed we are not staying in the hotel, we are not their guests so they cannot provide? The food was average but the overall quality was poor. This was a simple example for us to understand why the tourism is in absolute worst condition in Datca.

Photos to follow but these owners are stealing money . Do not trust or stay at this hotel. We wait to hear response but blocked.

Palamutbükü Koyu'nda, denize nazır şahane bir otel. Kaldığımız oda epey konforluydu. Odadan çıkar çıkmaz 2 adım sonra kumsala ulaşıyorsunuz. Otel misafirleri şezlongları ücretsiz kullanabiliyor. Açık büfe kahvaltıdaki çeşitler yeterli, gözünüz ekstra bir şey aramıyor. Çalışanlar oldukça yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. Çok memnun kaldık, bir daha gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir otel.

Sea is excellent, hotel is very good.
Located in the end of coast, silent and quiet good place. Service is nearly excellent except for breakfast. Breakfast could be better. Rooms with balcony is small but enough for couples. Lunch and dinner menu is like italian cousine. We enjoyed staying in the hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told that our rate covered both breakfast and dinner. While checking out we realized that we were charged for all 5 dinners we chose to ate at the hotel since we thought they were included in our pricing. The staff did nothing to resolve the issue. The managers were suddenly nowhere to be found. We will not be returning to this establishment.

The location and the sea is fantastic! However the breakfast that is included is low quality, and not delicious! if you eat dinner or launch in the hotel’s restaurant , it is overpriced!!! Our previous stay on 2016 was much better, this time the quality went down ! In such a great location, they should do their best!!!

This used to be a lovely hotel with mesmerising view and service. We observed that, unfortunately, many things had changed for the worse. It was the second time when we stayed there with my husband in September 2021. We had loved our first stay so much that we looked forward to going there a second time. However, we were disappointed on several fronts. As it is evident, this is not a cheap hotel. High prices can be tolerated as long as the service is excellent. This was not the case this year. We had to change rooms due to the air conditioner which was not working. The beach was very badly looked after. At such a price, you do not want beach showers that are rusty or not working at all. Beach chaise-longues that were broken and walk-ways that had broken and missing pieces were a sad sight. Lunch and refreshment service at the beach was slow because of inadequate staff. The restaurant prices were much higher than before even when the adverse effects of the pandemic are taken into consideration.

Mavi Beyaz Hotel enjoyed being a monopoly at Palamutbükü for a very long time. But now, there are other nice places to stay and dine in the bay. The hotel seems to have made a big investment for its new branch in downtown Datça. I believe this is the main reason why things have gone down in this one. This is a very big mistake in my opinion as now there are several other options in the area.

Otelin konumu mükemmel, personel çok iyi eğitimli ve yetkin, restoran tartışmasız mükemmel. Datça’da mutlaka tecrübe edilmesi gereken bir otel.

I was here with my family for 9 days, green sea, great beach, nice stones to grab. The personal is very kind and positive, they were taking care of the kids from time to time, especially Mûslüm who was always available when needed. I will be back

Palamutbükü is an amazing place and Mavi Beyaz is the best hotel there. Do not expect a five star hotel but five star staffs and sea. If you are looking for a relax holiday and amazing swim, you should consider Mavi Beyaz. There you can find great service (particularly by Alinda, Şükran and Müslüm) that can fix small problems and let you enjoy your vacation. Well done Mavi Beyaz (and Alinda, Şükran and Müslüm) 👍

The only thing that is magical about this place is the sea and the view -- but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself: you can get this amazing experience across the PalamutBuku shoreline.

The food is absolutely terrible. They have this marketed chef Tefvik but it is a scam: nothing I ate there was even a 5/10. They always made mistakes and expect you to tell them. They never give you what you actually ordered and they keep playing with the prices.

When you try to get tell them that you are unhappy, they blame you for not telling them exactly what you wanted (i wanted what is on the menu, why can t you just do that). I came here from Istanbul to relax and left with more grey hair than ever and mind you, I am 31 years old.

Also, if you are a visible minority or religiously pious, don t come here, because this place seems to attract the kind of Turkish fascist nationalist that hate anything that doesn't look like them. I was meet with a lot of animosities by several guests because of my hijab.
If you are looking for a good time, definitely do visit Pamalutbuku, but get yourself another hotel where you can be respected and actually pay for what your ordered. This is NOT this place.

They are liar about room details, I was expecting bathtub in the room as show booking website but they said they removed because of the covid but they didn’t remove the picture on the website, not reliable.
It’s not worth price, just sea view ,breakfast is very poor and service is horrible

There is a butique, sophisticated natural place of Datça. Local name is Palamutbuku. Inside a new restorant and very well local wine rezerve. Totally sea, atmosphere and Chef Tevfik is amazing... Locationally, visit the Akvaryum Koyu ( natural sea coast line ) 200m left from hotel. Best wishes...

Nice place with a unique architecture. Has private beach area with sufficient space. Good service in the beach area (special thanks to Fatih) with a nice selection of choices. Personnel helping with breakfast also very attentive

rooms are very small and smell bed. Breakfast is full of bee and fly. especially the restaurant is pretty bad. expensive and very poor service. the music at night was disaster. to some up the hotel is very pricey but can not meet the expectation in terms of service. there are alot of small hotels cost 25% of what we paid besides. ı recommand you to select one of them since noting special at Mavı Beyaz

We spend 6 days at this hotel as a family with a baby. The staff was very friendly, the food was very good and the beach was amazing. The location is very quiet and nice. Highly recommended for relaxing holidays.

We visited this hotel in August but didn't stay. We only used daily facilities such as bars, sunbeds, restaurants. I highly recommend to come to the beach early in order to rent sunbeds otherwise you could not get any spot. With the entrance fee they provide a towel and an umbrella for each sunbed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant's dishes was very delicious. I advise not to order just hamburger from the menu. They have plenty of other dishes to try. We went there three days in a row and each day we tried different plate and enjoyed everything. The prices are above average.

The sea water in Palamutbuku is crystal clear. Mavi Beyaz boutique hotel grounds and surroundings are we very clean and well maintained. Every edge, every corner of the hotel grounds is worth to take picture. Beautiful blue shutters on the windows, colorful flowers, a fantastic view over the bay with crystal clear water.

When we're gonna come back to Datça we definitely gonna stay at Mavi Beyaz Hotel and fully enjoy all the facilities.

İ visit this place often in the summer because the sea is unmatched and unique.

İ do not stay at the hotel but only use the facility as a day visitor. They provide a towel a lounge chair and an umbrella which are included in the entrance fee.

Be careful though, food is very expensive. A bottke of small water is as 5 times much as the cost elsewhere. So imagine. 👹
