We arrived and the room wasn't cleaned properly and the room wasn't serviced at all during our stay. We sent laundry in for cleaning and received it back at 19h50 stil wet and we were leaving the next morning to our next destination
Odalarda bulunan çay kahve ve su ikramları iyiydi. Tek kişilik yataklar oldukça konforlu olmasına rağmen iki kişilik yataklar biraz çökmüştü ve aşırı temizlik takıntınıx varsa dolapları kullanmanızı pek önermem onun haricinde odadaki her şey çok temiz ayrıca wifi hizmeti ve televizyon hizmeti çok iyi havuz da tertemix ve en ayrıca son olarak en beğendiğim ücretsiz 8 10 arası kahvaltıydı kahvaltıya dair arayacağınız her şey fazlasıyla var ve çok lezzetliydi
Çok güzel samimi bir aile oteli. Çalışanlar ilgili. Her talebimizi yerine getirdiler. Odalar güzel resimlerdeki gibi. Yeni tadilat görmüş sanırım. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Otel girişinde sizi kötü bir sigara kokusu karşılar. Koridorlarda sigara kokusu, resepsiyonda görevli yok. Otel kendi halinde. Hizmet sıfır.

La posizione è eccellente, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di un forte restyling. Lenzuola, tende e copriletto macchiati. Evidenziare meglio che L acqua non è potabile. Colazione a buffet.
Stayed at Ayapam for 1 night whilst travelling across country to Fethiye. We wanted to see Pamukkale so found a B&B deal for Ayapam via trivago and then booked via phone with the hotel directly a couple of days before arriving. As a family of 2 adults and 2 children (aged 7&13), we booked a family room. A member of staff showed us to our room on the first floor. The room was clean and comfortable, with a double bed and 2 singles, dressing table, large bathroom and a balcony. My only fault with our room is that the air con was non existent, you could only feel it if you stood right in front of it!
Swimming pool was great, clean and plenty of sunbeds, and staff around to order drinks and snacks. We ordered a portion of chips to share and they took a little while but were hand cut fresh chips which were lovely, well worth the wait!
The hotel itself is located only a 5 minute walk from the famous cotton castle springs, cleopatra baths etc. There are plenty of shops, markets and restaurants nearby.
Breakfast was a small selection of traditional Turkish breakfast buffet foods, it could have been a little more varied but was fine for a quick breakfast before our onward journey.
Overall this was a great find, just a shame about the air con, which was very much needed when the temp was hitting the late 40s outside!

The hotel room was very clean. It is managed by the European team and hence language is not a barrier. The lady staff who served us breakfast was very kind and courteous. The staff who manages was very kind too. He offered a free drop to my family to the Heerapolis site. We took up a family room which was very spacious and enough beddings for 5 of us. The location is very close to the. Herapolis site.
Due to the big size of the room, it is recommended to have 2 Air conditioners in the room.
The location is the best very near to the entrance and everything, View from our balcony of early morning hot air balloon flying over the pummukale !!
