Amei!!!! O lugar é lindo!!!
Pros:

Lugar limpo e aconchegante! Os apartamentos são lindos e têm tudo. A piscina é ótima.

Cons:

Para mim não foi um problema, mas pode ser problema para outras pessoas: o acesso aos apartamentos tem muitas escadas.

Vlak achter mijn huisje was een verbouwing gaande wat vooral in de ochtend voor geluidsoverlast zorgde.
De afstand naar het centrum en het strand was net iets te ver om te lopen.

Já estive neste estabelecimento por 5 vezes. A localização é boa.

Cons:

Quinta estadia e piorou a cada uma delas. Chegamos e não havia mais TVs no bangalô. Estresse pra virem instalar um aparelho velho e pequeno. Sujeira por toda parte. Tivemos que fazer faxina por conta própria. A administração só ajudou disponibilizando material de limpeza. Havia baratas de todo tamanho, desde a cozinha até os quartos. Num dos banheiros havia, na tomada do chuveiro, fios queimados e aparentes de curto circuito (um perigo). Não aconselho a ninguém se hospedar no Pipa Park. Já foi bom! A estrutura está muito ruim. A piscina estava sempre suja, os utensílios da cozinha velhos, baratas por toda a acomodação,... muita sujeira mesmo. Os bancos de madeira que ficam entre a sala e cozinha tinham pregos expostos que podem machucar quem ali senta! Dormir foi um tormento, pois substituíram algumas telhas por um material plástico barato que estrondava a casa pingo de chuva. Foi um desprazer enorme!

Piscina extraordinária apesar das pessoas não respeitarem a utilização de caixas de som no período de carnaval (pode ser relevado nessa época). Apartamento espaçoso e com boa área, varanda muito boa.

Cons:

A recepção faltou explicar como funciona o espaço, quais as regras, se tem ou não café da manhã, troca de roupas de camas e toalhas, etc. Acho que faltou explicação. Como ficamos somente 2 noite foi aceitável mas por um período mais prolongado gera desconforto.

Muy buena relación precio -calidad

Los empleados super buena onda y serviciales, siempre a a orden. Instalaciones bonitas y seguras, piscina linda y ambientes comunes comodos. Lo suficientemente lejos para el silencio pero cerca para caminar.

Cons:

Instalaciones quedadas en los 90 aunque cómodos, podrían renovarse pero no afecta la estadia. Calles de adoquines, aprox 15 min caminando en subida al centro, solo a tener en cuenta.

Pros:

The villas are well equipped,excellent relaxing space with big balconies and hammocks, we liked that you could open up the windows fully giving amazing views of lushness and wildlife.
Staff were very helpful and we used translator to book massages and boat trip.
Complimentary beers and water on arrival
The villas of the place is pure relaxation
Kim made his famous detox juice every morning to set you up for the day.
We found everyone we met friendly and welcoming
Pool towels available
Good air con didn't leave us with any cough or bad chest
We loved the tropical surroundings and location to the town
Pool was also great
We would definitely return

The info we were sent prior to arrival on prices for the boat trip and massages were not correct so not sure if the rest of the info was wrong but this needs to be amended to reflect current prices.
