We were visiting Thailand on our honeymoon, and flew into Bangkok to meet family for a few days in the city before going to our 'getaway' destination. The Jasmine was selected for us by our family member who has stayed there countless times over the years.
It's a lovely, spacious hotel, very clean, nice big rooms with everything you need and more - i had the best nights sleep of my life here that i can remember.
The staff are very prefessional and friendly, and the hotel bar manager was super hospitable offering us free drinks and chatting with us on our first night.
It was excellent value for money too - the breakfast was amazing, literally anything you want to eat, it's there, as much as you want (if you're my husband).
Very well situated for the the SRT, right outside, so you can get anywhere in the city quickly and easily.
I wouldn't call it a luxury or romantic hotel, but it was very pleasnt and perfect for a few days in the city.
Family friendly
Next to BTS station. Very friendly staff and clean room. Plenty of food places around where you can get real Thai food. Brilliant breakfasts!!!

Excellent staff, excellent amenities, close to rail
A great resort at the doorstep of the BTS with lovely well appointed large rooms. We stayed in their presidential suite overlooking the pool with beautiful greenery. The staff were all very professional, friendly and accommodating.

For the food , if they have more variety for Halal choice (like halal chicken) it would be perfect !!!
Great stay in a large suite with my own personal pool and great views of Bangkok. This time the bed was soft and comfortable, everything worked fine and I loved my two night stay in this spectacular hotel suite, with its good offers if you can plan ahead.

First room they gave me had used tissues around the place… gross. Second room they gave me had bedbugs. I get it, staff will think you’re a nuisance if you keep complaining but what else should I do? Clean your rooms properly.
I enjoyed my stay at the Jasmine Resort and already booked two more stays at the hotel for a future trip to Bangkok. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The entrance to the Phra Khanong BTS Line is seconds away from the hotel's main entrance; good to have when it is raining. The property is in good condition, but you can tell the age of the place (e.g., the room bathroom could do for a remodel). I like it that the toilet has a dual toilet seat bidet and a hand held spray bidet. The staff was amazing and was ready to assist and very helpful. Some of the standard room accessories (e.g., iron and ironing board, dish soap and scubber, and kitchen knife) were missing upon check-in, but the staff replaced the items very quickly upon request. I look forward to my next stay at this hotel. There is a drug store and convenience store seconds away from the main entrance.
Hotel was clean, well designed, and had laundry facilities. If it was any closer to the train station it would have to be in it. The pool was nice, the staff were helpful and pleasant, and the rooms were ginormous.
Only complaint is that the neighborhood id a bit bland. There's a couple nice hawker centers within walking distance for food, but pretty much anywhere else you're gonna need a taxi or a train. Luckily the train station is basically in the front parking lot.
