Cons:

There was no picture of feet on ground showing were to stand when I wanted to gain entry to my already paid for accommodation and was lock out until we there demands for police style like mugshots and all that they wanted a cash bond to gain entry

Gorgeous character brings me back every time
Pros:

I love coming back here because of the gorgeous decor and character reflected in the beautiful art nouveau style carpets and the brass lighting and the Beautiful oil paintings throughout the Hallways and the warm and welcoming decor of the waiting room down stairs it's all just beautiful and I love the environment.

Good room size, pity about the shower
Pros:

Large room, nice hotel

Cons:

The shower head fell off twice and soaked the carpet outside, we requested a room change but unfortunately couldn’t get one. Water in the shower wasn’t very hot.

Great location and big rooms, with some minor inconveniences
Pros:

Really beautiful hotel, and located in a central spot making it very easy to get around the city by foot. The rooms were nice and big. The check-in was smooth as well. There is street parking available in front of the hotel, which is mostly free if you're visiting over the weekend (paid for short stays during the week, free after 5pm)

Cons:

While the facilities were good upon checking-in (free bottled water, tea/coffee/milk and a snack), they are not replenished during a multi-day stay. The beds are were also not tidied up at any point. We notified the front desk requesting general some room service, however non of that was provided which was a bit disappointing. When we requested some new mugs for tea, we were asked to get them ourselves from the communal guest kitchen (which is fine) however the kitchen had no extra mugs.
The lift was also not working on the day we checked in, which required us to carry bags using stairs, which again can be tricky for some with some disability.

Good place to stay. Check for noise away from elevator. Would help to have front desk staff earlier in morning. Overall
Pros:

Good location. Large comfortable rooms. Good value.

Cons:

Need to notify for daily cleaning. Very noisy room (near elevator/elevator motor). Front desk only open 8am to 8pm, can make difficult comms with Property management prior to work hours (checkout, discuss invoice, store bags)

Unique and Affordable hotel option
Pros:

Reception staff were excellent and happy to accommodate my early check in request. Room was spotless, comfortable and well priced. Deducted a star because the hot water in my shower wasn’t working properly.

A lovely place to stay in the almost heart of the city.
Pros:

Beautiful clean spacious room. Comfortable beds, great value for money. We booked a room for 4 adults but were only supplied 2 of everything. The common kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment, microwaves etc but there were no cups glasses or cutlery in there either. apart from that it is a beautiful place to stay in a good location. I would give 5 stars but ony having 2 of things was a pain.
