Only negative comment. 1 chair in the room.
Great sleep - the bed was so comfortable.
A slight misunderstanding was dealt with by charm and efficiency at checkin.
We have stayed here several times; it is the best budget priced accommodation in Adelaide but please don't tell anyone. Price to get back here using Uber can be outrageous late on Saturday night ($34 quote for Uber for the 800 metre journey)
Seems like we have had problems with the remote controls in the rooms several times. So much so that you have to reach behind the TV to turn it on and off to make the remote work. We complained about it last time, so we think they gave us the same remote this time. Seems petty but if you pay over $200 for a room you at least expect the remote control to work.
The vibe was very relaxed, the rooms were perfect and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. 10/10!
Car parking limitations - had to use a car park several minutes walk away. Confusing re: voucher system - hotel could make this a bit clearer up front - it does work though!
Nice centrally located hotel, easy walk distance to the mall. The room was huge and for a quick 1 night stopover it was perfect
The sounds travelled down the hallway a lot so we could hear each person arriving back, all night.
The breakfast provided by the cafe that vouchers were provided for was excellent.
The room was in need of a major refresh. The carpet was old and not attached to the floor properly, there was a hole in the wall near the door, the room seemed to have not had any fresh air (open windows) in a long time as it was very musty, and the tiles and grouting in the bathroom were very stained.
