Everything was great.

Cons:

We booked in for 3 people but there was only 2 seats at the table in the room. And only 2 cups/glasses in the room. If 3 people are staying in the room there should be enough chairs etc for 3 people

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Spacious room, with comfy bed. Took a while to work out how to switch on the TV, but otherwise a great quiet location in the centre of the city without being in the centre of the city.

Cons:

Would have liked to see dispensing machine with basic snacks and beverages for late night munchies

Very cosy and comfy stay. I enjoyed the old world feel of the hotel.
Pros:

I felt this hotel had a lovely, oldie world feel. I do like hotels like this. It had a very welcome feeling.

Cons:

Just the location, it's a bit away from things. I walked everywhere and used the tram and that was okay.

Perfect stay
Pros:

On our visit to Adelaide and our trip to other areas in South Australia, we ended up staying here for over 7 nights in total and we couldn’t fault the wonderful service that we received. The rooms were comfortable and clean. They have great lounge area to relax in as well as 2 kitchens if you want to cook your own food. Also right in the heart of the city so you are close to a lot of attractions.

Great way to stay in the city on a budget!
Pros:

Convenient location with lots of space and amenities - great areas for hanging out, communal kitchen to do your own cooking, games and lounge area, and wonderful location. For the location and amenities, it's definitely an impressive value for your money.

Cons:

Just found the after-hours check-in process a little bit of a pain. There was no communication from staff prior to check-in about the process, so we had to stand outside the hotel on hold for a while before getting in - in past experiences, hotels have usually sent some kind of email or text about the check-in process. Once we got it sorted, it was a great stay.
