Pros:

Excellent location.
Clean and comfortable room.
Air conditioning worked perfectly.
Good breakfast.
Friendly staff.
Excellent and very convenient parking

Cons:

The alarm system woke us up early, and it wasn’t very clear what the alarm was for.
The room was a little small.
The swimming pool was too small.

Fint og rolig hotell, med en helt fantastisk utsikt
Pros:

Det var stille og rolig. Rent, praktisk og hyggelige ansatte. Balkong med nydelig utsikt.
Bassengområde var stille, alltid plass på solsengene. Fint å kunne bestille mat og drikke til bassenget.

Fantastiskt boende med helt galet utsikt, vi valde rummet med egen liten balkong/terass och panoramavy mot havet. Det var 10 av 10, magisk utsikt. Mysigt litet personligt hotell.

Cons:

Inget, allt var toppen.

Stunning views and the lovely staff made our stay very enjoyable.
Pros:

The view from our room and the breakfast room were stunning. ( it’s above Villefranche but easily accessible.)
The staff were lovely and very helpful ( but the owner interfered with them too much and the constant checking with her about their deacons was off putting)
The whole place was very clean and the staff worked very hard .
Lovely pool area.
They did allow us a late check in which was outside their opening hours for reception -which was very kind.
Beds also very comfortable

Cons:

The hotel is expensive for what it offers. At times during the day there is no one there. The bar area was never staffed and often no one at reception even in their opening times.
Breakfast is just ok - staff amazing though. No nuts / seeds and very limited choice of fruit. For €15. I would expect more. Eggs are cooked for you which is nice!
The owner should either be there and deal with guests. and make decisions but not sit in the office and undermine her staff with them having to constantly check see decisions with her. It’s embarrassing for guests and her staff.
Our first room Room 5 we had to ask to change as it was noisy with constant breakfast traffic down the stairs or people checking out literally right next door;also the shower in that room was very small and you had to take the head of the wall to use it as the fitting would not adjust - not acceptable for what we paid. However, the room change was so much better
I do feel the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade especially the bathrooms - shower fittings very old and unable to adjust height effectively.

Prachtig schoon hotel met airco en zwembad, prima ontbijt, parkeergelegenheid, vlakbij busstation en op loopafstand van

Prachtige ruime en schone kamer met airco, prima ontbijt, heel mooi hotel met eigen parkeerplaatsen, eigen zwembad, vlakbij het busstation naar Nice en Monaco, 15 minuten lopen naar de haven en strand , vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, heel hygiënisch.

Meget sentral beliggenhet. Bassenget var fint, selv om det var ganske lite. God seng og god air condition.

Cons:

Ikke spesielt hyggelig betjening og heller ikke spesielt fine fasiliteter. Men helt ok. Man får det man betaler for.

Un hôtel de charme qui ne propose qu'une chose : y rester plus longtemps
Pros:

Vue superbe sur la rade de Villefranche : nous avons même eu droit au feu d'artifice tiré depuis St Jean Cap Ferrat pour les feux de la St Jean. Personnel très professionnel. Accueil très chaleureux. Toujours un bonheur de se rendre dans cet hôtel !!!!! Félicitations à toute l'équipe et bonne saison à tous
