Pros:

Perto de tudo, dá pra fazer as coisas a pé. Atendentes ótimos. Camas confortáveis.

Cons:

Elevador parou duas vezes comigo dentro no intervalo de uma hospedagem. Não tem água dentro do frigobar do quarto.

Boa localização, o funcionário do chek in e chek out bem atenciosos. Ótima equipe de limpeza. Quarto confortável.

Cons:

Achei o travesseiro muito alto. O chuveiro tinha uns jatos espalhados e vazava água do box deixando o chão do banheiro molhado.

O quarto apresentou diversos problemas que comprometeram totalmente a estadia: a cama parecia estar quebrada de um dos lados, impossibilitando uma noite de sono confortável; os travesseiros eram excessivamente altos e desconfortáveis; o ar-condicionado não funcionava, tornando o ambiente desagradável; e a geladeira não oferecia qualquer item disponível.
Infelizmente, o conjunto dessas falhas demonstra falta de cuidado e manutenção adequada, o que gera insatisfação e não condiz com o padrão esperado de hospedagem.
