Localização e funcionários prestativos e muito educados. Limpeza também estava ok.

Cons:

Prédio muito antigo, roupas de cama velhas e banheiro com cheiro de mofo, apesar de estar limpo. Cochão de molas desconfortável. O elevador e os corredores também cheiram a mofo.
